Despite being Bob and Brad fans, it does not seem to be worth the money. The knee glider is I find all their videos to be invaluable. I am only one person, so I am not for this product, but thanks for your love and appreciation. Sorry Bob and Brad, but this bundle is just too much for me. Thanks for your love and appreciation.
Typically, furniture grade PVC pipes are used for this purpose. Pipes like this are seven dollars per foot, and they are one and a quarter inches in diameter. It costs anywhere from 11 to 15 bucks at a big box hardware store depending on the color. some rubber end caps on it and it will be the same as this, for much less money. I'm so happy!.
Oh my gosh! There is a frozen shoulder on my left shoulder (and it's been for I have followed Bobandbrad videos on YouTube since I bought the stick. Every day is better than the last. It was indeed not cheap, but by following bobandbrad's advice I was able to save thousands in medical, physical therapy, and drug costs.
Since I got the Booyah stik a week ago, I have been using it regularly. Being someone who is usually seated at a desk during the work day, it was primarily for improving my posture that I got it. As a result of following the bob and brad youtube videos, I noticed after one week that I was able to slouch less at my desk than I had been. In order to improve my running form, I plan to continue working on my posture and try out some ab exercises! In the beginning, the price seems high for basically just a stick, but in the end, it seems very durable and really ideal for outdoor uses, like hiking or gardening (how many people do you see hiking with a broom or mop? It was a good buy for me, and I would refer other potential customers to it.

After working out, I use this exercise stick to stretch and pull my muscles safely. Because of injuries I had a decreased range of motion, and with this stick I have been able to safely push a little farther in order to increase it. It's also used for balance (not using my entire weight) but for exercises that I do with cables such as abductor and adductor rows. I strongly urge you to purchase this product! My photo will be submitted as soon as I am able to.
Unfortunately, the price is way out of line I found the only 63 inch tall lite plastic pipe on Amazon for $50 dollars. However, the only one was 63 inches tall and lite weight. Because all the YouTube videos I watched with "Bob &" compelled me to get it, I only did it as a "thank you" The physical therapists at Brad helped me recover from an ankle injury. I give videos a 5 out of 10. I gave it one star because it was overpriced. It is nearly as good a bargain as this stick on Amazon, called “Dynamo Prime Stick, Walking Cane”! The price would have been the same, but it would have been a better bargain than this stick!.
