These are a little smaller than I had anticipated, but they still serve their purpose. As a casual club sport player, I think this is my favorite part of agility training. I didn't notice much of a difference in bounces and variability between the regular and advanced balls at first, but the advanced ball does add a little more spin. Although there isn't a significant difference in speed, bounce variance, or other factors, having two different ones is advantageous. After bouncing off a brick wall for a few hours, they appear to be tough.
