My favorite Qball is one I bought, I practice with it 10 minutes a day almost every day, it's not too long, but it's still not enough, I also have other balls that I use to train (play). These are a nice choice if you're just getting moving again, because they don't bounce too erratic. But you need to be able to move a bit, because you must reach the balls at times and bend over to pick them up as well. I paid for two brand new items and got two used balls, even the boxes were beat up. This should not have been the case. It was dirty and the balls were soiled.
