Balls can be used in a car, a room, or anywhere else. It was a lot of fun. As a gift, I had to give away two balls and one band: It was a huge hit with the audience. In the backseat, it's even better.

Pickleball is a sport that can be practiced with this tool

This was purchased in order to improve pickleball hand-eye coordination. I didn't expect much from a ball suspended from my head on a string. I was only able to get a 2- on the ball. The first day, you should do it three times. Two times a day, I practiced for 5 minutes. Because my reflexes had greatly improved, I was able to completely transform my pickleball game in the kitchen in just two weeks! Great training tool with unexpectedly quick results! I am a 53-year-old woman.
