Beginners will find this easy to use. My personal experience with this was seeing a lot of boxers and martial artists with something like this, it wasn't exactly like this, however, it seemed similar. My recommendation for you if you want to improve your precision, accuracy, and overall hand-eye coordination would be to purchase this product. The first few days or weeks are the hardest, especially if you are just starting out. It's easy to pick up a level 1 ball and you can get the hang of it in a couple of rounds As long as you are consistent, you should be able to finish in 3 days. It'll be harder with the level 2 ball it's much heavier and heavier than the level 1 ball, and again, it takes a lot of practice to become proficient at this stuff, so you've got to be consistently good at it. The training I received from this was fantastic and very helpful for my career, so I highly recommend it!.

It's not something you can just start doing right out of the gate. I liked it though it will take a lot of practice. He may or may not have. There are hundreds of video games out there, but there are plenty more that aren't games. As an older person (I am 69), I found it to be enjoyable.

This game is great for improving hand-eye coordination while having fun. Our group actually tried a variety of different boxes and this was the best. We are beginners and not boxers and this box was easier to use and to keep going. According to our testing, the string tension, ball size, and weight we used are more consistent than the others.

I like this package overall. However, my only gripe is that I no longer used the glove hand wraps. Although I've attempted to use classic wrap, I had no idea how to do so and wished How do I insert the extra string when I shorten the length of the script? The product is great, however the instructions could be better for those who are not conversant with the exercises and just want to try them out.

Toy that is fun to play with. In a split second, the bungee string launched back and hit you in the eyeball. The reason for this is that since you wear the ball on your forehead, it aims for your eyeballs at all times. The ball is easy to dodge, but not the bungee cord, which snaps back to your eyeballs when you dodge it. The game is similar to Lawn Darts. Is a Jack. A banned toy was even more dangerous than every other toy. I think you can use eye protection goggles to tie the ball to. It's probably a good idea to do that. We are disappointed that it is not included in the set.

A great way to let out anger and frustration for both adults and children! The two balls on top make it even more useful! This rubber ball feels soft to the touch, so it's great for those who don't want to get smacked!.
