Another approach to speed ladders

While you can certainly buy a bargain speed ladder, these offer the ability to train your hips and footwork patterns. It is a pretty tough construction material which won't be negatively impacted by missteps as easily. This is a well-made bag with an easy carry handle. The product is good!.
