When one of the athletes stepped on it on the court, it slid around a little. But it was fine after the next kid in line made a quick adjustment!! It appeals to me. br>br> I'm going to put it to a CRAZY good use! It appears to be very durable! br>br> br>br>In addition, the ladder steps can be adjusted, allowing for larger or smaller holes. That's fine as well. Also, the packaging was fantastic! It has a strap that keeps everything together when folded. At this point, br>br> A fantastic purchase!.

This is what my 14-year-old son and I use to train multiple times a day. My 8-year-old daughter, as well as myself (6'3" and 300 pounds), use resistance bands.
