So I'm looking for an agility ladder and I come across a group of people at the park who are exercising with a circle on the ground. They were performing various upper and lower body routines that appeared to be quite impressive. I was ecstatic because it appeared to offer a lot more than the typical nylon strap agility ladder. At that point, I was convinced that I needed to reconsider my decision to purchase a traditional agility ladder. They appeared to be doing some sort of cross-training. br>br> switching from one drill to the next, as if it were a routine I was so taken aback that I inquired as to what it was, and they informed me that it was a QuickFit 360, which I promptly purchased on Amazon. It costs a little more than a good strap ladder, but it has a lot more workout options. The accompanying video clips from the website and YouTube channel demonstrate the variety of things that can be done with this type of ladder. If your focus is lower body footwork and agility, the continuous circuits you can do are impressive, not to mention the fact that you won't kick a strap out of place and you won't need 20-minutes. I prefer to train indoors rather than outside, but the dual capabilities are very appealing to me. br>br>In my opinion, the upper body drills are what truly distinguishes this product as an all-around workout. It appears to be made of high-quality materials, and it is a compact fitness device. This is made of high-quality material, similar to what you'd find in a professional studio or gym. . . it's not flimsy, and the total body fitness capability puts it far ahead of any other agility ladder. For me, the expense is well worth it.
As a tennis coach, I'm constantly looking for ways to help players improve their footwork. The Quick Fit 360 is ideal for honing your tennis footwork. In tennis, footwork is everything, and with this item, I can create drills that mimic tennis-specific movements. This item is well-made and simple to assemble and disassemble. This item is also ideal for a coach or athlete to carry on the road. As someone who has participated in a variety of sports, I can see how this would benefit any athlete in any sport.
The Quick Fit 360's ease of use and durability have exceeded my expectations. This will be a great addition to our regular workout routine for our team. The product is extremely versatile and can be used in a variety of ways. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape or maintain their current fitness level.
My son's soccer team has been using agility ladders, and every time there is even the tiniest misstep, the entire thing becomes tangled. There is no tangling, no stopping, and more options than simply moving in a straight line with this; it is a fantastic option for both individuals and teams. This is something I would strongly recommend to anyone who participates in any sport.
The Quick Fit 360 is a fantastic product. My two wrestling-obsessed sons used this every day during the quarantine to improve their foot speed! My living room could be used for multiple drills! It is simple to transport and pack.
As a wrestling coach, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best investments I've ever made. This device has been in use by our wrestlers for about two weeks and they are very happy with it. Quick Fit 360 is an excellent training tool that is simple to set up. It has given our wrestlers the opportunity to use a fitness tool that will help them improve their wrestling skills. The Quick Fit 360 has been used to improve individual workouts for our wrestlers, and it is a fitness tool that I encourage all coaches to use in their athletic programs.
I use it for Muay Thai and Boxing training. There is no risk of tripping because there is no rope or cloth and everything is made of plastic that stays firm to the ground and is heavy enough for stability. Yes, it was more expensive. But it's a small price to pay for effective and safe training.
