As far as I'm concerned, this ladder is not any different from any other ladder I've used in the past. The straps are not thicker, the plastic rungs are not better, and it's not longer either. It is almost useless to use the thin and tiny metal stakes. There is nothing heavier duty about it. The hype of advertising. Despite the thinness and small size of the bag, it is too heavy. Rather than a bag, they should call it a stuff sack, because it's very hard to get back inside of.

I'm pleased One of the ladders I purchased had the straps twisted in between the last two rungs making the ladder not lay flat on the gym floor. This was the only reason why I gave four stars instead of five. However, I had issues with the way the straps went through the plastic rungs, so I was unable to fix it. The product seems great apart from that, it works just like it's supposed to.

This agility ladder was easy to set up and fold back into the carrying bag that came with it. The speed ladder has been tried in some of the exercises included in the manual, and I am already noticing a noticeable improvement in my I feel that this is a quality product that feels well made. I am sure that it can improve the coordination and agility of people who are active like myself, as I have found this speed ladder to be a great exercise tool. You can use it anywhere to train your footwork. It gives a better rep during a station of men lined up because it is a little longer. A heavier cable would make it less likely to wreck a drill if it gets snagged by one person. I would prefer it to be heavier so it won't be so hard to use on hard ground.

This was purchased to give to my 13-year-old I am years old A 6-year-old granddaughter is a fan of There was too much frustration trying to untangle this rope every time, and it was somewhat flimsy even just to start with. The easiest thing to do would be to use launch chalk to mark the lawn. It might be great for a team, but it's too much trouble for one person to set up each time they want to do an exercise.

A wonderful agility ladder that can be used to train agility. Since I use it indoors, I do not anchor it to the ground. It does not move as long as I step straight down on the ladder itself. When it comes to storage, I like how it folds up easily and goes back in its bag. The product is very good.
