I couldn't find a drill book, but you can find a lot of drills by searching on Google.

Is it possible to use this inside?

Yes, my 14-year-old son and I use it in our basement gym.

What is the length of the stairwell rungs?

19 1/2 inch in length

Are the cones soft and bendable when stepped on, or are they hard and may break when stepped on?

They are flexible and soft. Although they don't stay put well on hard surfaces, they are bright and provide a clear view of where drills are moving.

This is a fantastic purchase! My wife and I were getting bored with just running in the park for our morning workouts, so I pulled this bad boy out one morning last week and it was a hit

We did some research and worked up a sweat! It's a fantastic way to break up the monotony of morning workouts. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that when you first open it, you should not expect to be able to use it right away because you will need to pull and set all of the rungs. It's a time-consuming process, but once you've finished it, you can store it in an accordion-style folder that you can easily open when needed.

I wanted to use this package for speed and agility training because I coach youth football. It seemed like a good deal, so I'm sticking with it. The plastic, on the other hand, will eventually wear out.

Everything will be fine. The stairwell is slipping out of place. Stopping and repositioning them evenly is a constant pain.

This is a Christmas present for my daughter, who had been taking agility classes in order to improve her volleyball game and wanted to be able to continue at home.
