Which is fantastic when teaching children's classes and having them climb the ladder until they master the material. br>br>The bag is attractive, and the two small balls add to the fun.

It arrived in a small black bag on time. This is a fantastic ladder- It's simple to get out and use, as well as store. My boys and I have already used the little Velcro piece that wraps around the ladder to keep it from coming apart. It also included several mini cones for workouts, as well as a booklet demonstrating various exercises and two ebooks that arrived before the package. You won't be able to find a better deal anywhere else. This is an absolute must-do!.

There are no frills on this speed ladder. I was looking for something affordable and long-lasting, and this was it. This is a very nice carry bag. There are cones included in the package. You can work out with an e-book and a video. My only complaint is that the package does not include a cone workout from the owner creator. That isn't a major flaw, but if he had, I would have given it five stars. Other than that, everything is in order. If you're looking for a speed ladder, there's no reason not to buy this one.

These were purchased as a soccer training aid for my daughter. The ladder is excellent and extremely durable. The cones, on the other hand, are the thinner variety found at most 'non-brand' suppliers. They vanish with a sigh of relief. I had anticipated this before purchasing, so I was not disappointed, but I wanted to be thorough in my review. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would make another if the need arises.

I had to try out this new product because I was in the market for an agility ladder and I loved Invincible Fitness' sack of massage balls so much! This product makes me weak in the knees (literally), not only from running side to side and back and forth, but also from chasing my puppy who thinks the massage ball is for him. Another excellent feature of this ladder is that it is not designed solely for human use (as shown in the photo). While it doesn't work as a ladder, it's done a good job of supporting my weight as I've climbed down it. This product has far exceeded my expectations in every way, including giving my downstairs neighbors the impression that I've invited the entire local elephant herd to my upstairs apartment. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a 5 star product.

br> Ladder training can be strenuous, but there are basic and intermediate drills available to accommodate any skill level. In case I want to train in the park, there are four pegs included. The bonus massage ball is one of my favorites; it can be extremely beneficial after a strenuous workout. For personal trainers, this is a must-have item! br>I give it a perfect score of five stars.

The product arrived in good condition, but the two ebooks mentioned in the description were not included and were never emailed to me. After that, you won't be able to get the ebooks from Amazon. the- As a result, I would advise against purchasing this product.

It can be used for a variety of purposes. And once you start, you'll find it difficult to stop; trust me, your kids, partner, and even your dog will use it! The cones are an added bonus, and it comes with a bag to store it in when you're done. I am satisfied with my purchase.
