AWESOME PRODUCT!! This was a "santa" gift for my son, who is starting to train seriously for soccer and can't practice because of the snow, but it turned out to be a fantastic gift for the entire family

He can use it inside, and there are pins on the outside so he can use it when the weather is nicer. There are so many exercises and patterns to do, and the poster that comes with it is AMAZING- I also appreciate the fact that it comes with a high-quality storage bag that won't tear even if the kids are putting it away. It folds up neatly and is simple to remove and reassemble. I can't express how grateful I am- Fantastic product with excellent communication from the owner if you have any questions. I intend to purchase a number of them for training purposes for my son's soccer team. I'd give it a higher rating if I could!.

I like the bright yellow color and the product's quality (it's not flimsy or cheap). Also excellent is the customer service. The bag that comes with it is extremely useful. This is a must-have for anyone who does regular agility, HIIT, or circuit training. It's impossible to make a mistake with this.

The laminated workout sheet puts this over the top, and the carrying bag is durable. My sons needed an agility set with cones and ladder, and you couldn't find a better combo at a better price. br>I'm on the verge of purchasing a second set- They were sold out on Amazon, so I had to go straight to their website; I'll buy them again, and I'm very pleased.

Straps became tangled as a result of this

There was no way to untangle the straps when they arrived tangled. To fix it, I had to cut the ends. Since the rungs move around ("adjustable"), it would have been nice to have some sort of markers to know if they were evenly spaced. In addition, the cones are thin and inexpensive. br>Recent changes: It was then that I realized you could untangle the straps by going under the rung. I wish there had been instructions for this so I wouldn't have had to cut it. You will be given one star in return.

Excellent exercises are included, and they are simple to follow. This is a very nice carrying pouch. Although I haven't had it for long, it appears to be durable. It's helping me improve my balance, coordination, and footwork. I'm not using it for team sports, but for personal workouts. It is, in my opinion, an excellent complement to my personal workout.
