This is great, in my opinion. The one I have under my desk at work I bought a few years ago and I really like Pedaling forward and backwards eases the stiffness in my hip, which has osteoarthritis. I move my chair close to my hip and away from it to stretch it and pedal forward and backwards. I would recommend it without a doubt.

Full disclosure I received the product free of charge for the purpose of reviewing it. I cannot think of anything it could possibly do better than this. The amount of time we spend in our work day not expending much energy is a significant factor that provides you with an opportunity to be more active, especially during viewing television or educational seminars. The video is a much better way for me to channel my energy while watching as I am naturally fidgety. There is not a lot of room required for it and it can be set up on your desk chair or couch in a comfortable position, so it is great if a lot of space is at a premium in your home. There is only one finicky part, and that is finding the perfect geometry and pedal tension setting so that your bike wobbles as little as possible. I was considering tredmills and stationary bikes after my doctor told me to get up and do something else rather than sit at my computer all day. Both of them were out of my price range, but a friend recommended this one, and I did some searches online, and this one came up. There are a lot of facts and figures here, which makes it easy to use. I have been using it every day since getting it, and it's perfect for what I need. The kit comes with everything you need to assemble it, so it was very easy to put The process of putting it together took me fewer than 10 minutes. As far as I can tell, I have only used it twice since I bought it. If you're looking for a product that isn't too large and compact, I would recommend it. The equipment is not really something that I would use to exercise, so I cannot see spending quite a bit of time using it. The product is a good product, but if you're one who likes to do quick workouts or simply do something while you're sitting down, it may be something you should consider. It was the display panel that I disliked. I'm a senior, so it was hard for me to understand. As far as the mini exerciser itself is concerned, it is effective. The exercises for my arms and peddle are easy for me. This chair does not move on my floor and is very sturdy. I've seen others that are both sturdy and at a much higher price.
