With them, I can do Bench Press and dumbbell exercises for my pecs without having to worry about my wrists. Contrary to my strong arms, I have weak wrists. When I wear these on, I can push hard any way I want knowing that my wrists are well protected from the heavy barbell/dumbbell. Since my forearms are short (I am 5'1"), the width (and not the length) of the brace is perfect for me. Previously, I used Gold's Gym wrist wraps, and they were good, but the width was much wider than the one in this product, and I felt that the wraps restricted the range of motion of my forearms. I'm very satisfied with this product. They are excellent for what they do.
I am 67 years old and have a small wrist Whenever I lift weights or engage in certain other activities, I need support. Before I discovered the wrist wraps on this website, my wrist support was made of lightweight fabric and Velcro and simply wrapped around my wrist. They had a hole for the thumb, and they were thin and lightweight. I wanted something more substantial, so I bought these wrist wraps. Despite their weight, they feel great and are stable.
Having started CrossFit classes, my wrists started hurting. So I bought these. When I do barbell work and handstands, the wrist wraps really help provide support for my wrists. I was even more delighted than I had imagined. I am also very satisfied with the customer service from the company, as they send me emails and follow up to ensure my satisfaction. There is no doubt that I will recommend the company and its product.
Several of these were purchased by my 46 year old daughter, a paraprofessional who works with 4-year-old special needs As she has very small wrists, she may benefit from lifting gloves as they will provide extra support. After surgery, she was told that the gloves may provide extra support to compensate for the injury to her wrist. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided that these wraps would be the most effective for her, as she wouldn't have a metal object slipping off her fingers like some others. Following a few days of wearing them, she reports that they have worked on her. In addition, some of the children use the dolls as conversation pieces.
As a result of having a weak wrist on my left side, I usually feel some pain curling at my maximum, but I am able to do it without any problem The only thing I wish is that they didn't make all workout clothes pink for women.
It is perfect to relieve wrist pain and soreness in the thumbs! Designed to help you grip weights and lift them effectively, and feels comfortable to wear all day long. Initially, I had a lot of pain below my thumb/wrist, but in a couple of days it went away. There is no doubt that this helped so.
Due to a repetitive wrist injury, I needed something to aid me both at the gym and in everyday life. The compression can be adjusted, so you can find one that works best for you. The only complaint I have is that they started shedding after a couple of months. During yoga, I noticed what I thought were burly, thick hairs on the wraps, as if the were growing from a man's face, which I was disgusted by until I realized that they were actually coming from my head. It was good considering the price, but we will look for something else in the near.
You've got some great photos here. In the past few weeks, I've been doing crossfit and Oly Lifting, and I've developed terrible pain in my hands and wrists when I apply There was no way I could get the bar in a front rack position without going out of my mind with When I wear these, I don't have any pain and I can lift all day long! The perfect answer to my question! You can take off the thumb holes once you have them on so they don't interfere with your grip. In addition, the thumb holes are only necessary to get them.
