Lifting consistently has been a part of my life for more than As a result of that and 14 years of active duty infantry service, my joints are in bad shape. I have worn wrist wraps for years to avoid those issues. They will sometimes be too thick on the wrist (causing pain, and not providing support), and too thin on the thumb loop (causing it to come undone as the wrap is being secured. We have given the thumb loop a generous thickness My thumb does not remain constantly in the loop on these wraps (I use it only to secure them), so they will last a long time. The wraps themselves are thin enough to not put undue pressure on my wrists, but sturdy Despite no wrist pain today, I benched 315 on an incline, something I haven't done in years. This is a fitness product I recommend for anyone interested in fitness of any level. Be like me and don't do what I did Your joints are at risk, so take steps to prevent them from becoming inflamed.

I am surprised by how nice this wrist brace set is. It is great to work and to feel It is only because of the thumb loop that they recieve 3 stars for comfort and 4 stars overall. Since it has been folded on itself when put on, the loop bunches up and is uncomfortable to wear. Basically, if the loop was twisted once before being sewn down, this problem would be eliminated (i. e. An ID lanyard is a great example). By using this design, a loop will pay flat on both sides the entire way around, preventing a twist in the loop. If the manufacturer wants clarity on this, I'm willing to provide it to them. As soon as this problem is fixed, I will give the product 5 stars! The letter P. I have added photos so that you can see what I mean. Using the third photo I added, you can arrange it so that the twist in the thumb loop is behind where you hold it, but it would be much more convenient if you did not need to worry about it.

As soon as I got my hands on them, I used them for lifting, and their support of my wrist enhanced a lot of my lifting. In addition, they are extremely comfortable, as they are very smooth. It is easy for them to be adjusted and managed. There are a lot of color options to choose from. These camo blue ones are what I got, and they seem to stand out In order to improve my bench press, which I currently have and am 5lbs short of my goal, I have worked on it for several months. It is very nice to have the extra wrist support. I need it since my wrist needs Moreover, I have more confidence when lifting because my wrists won't buckle out since I keep the pressure on them to maintain alignment. My previous wrist wraps were not comfortable and itchy due to the material. When I hunted for some, I found other wrist wraps and did not like what I found. Despite the fact that I already mentioned, these do not bother my skin at all. These are great wraps, so get yourself a pair if you want some great ones. Lots of competitors out there, but I did a nice review and I reviewed it with honesty. They are perfect for me and I would recommend them to anyone who lifts.

I am currently doing a workout called 80 day obsession, and there are a lot of plank holds and pushups. These have helped relieve some of the pressure on my wrists, and I highly recommend them! Since I began using them, I haven't had near the fatigue or pain I was experiencing before. Definitely worth giving it a go!.

The fit is perfect, the support is excellent and they are Despite never having thought about lifting again, I have been doing it for a long time now. As a 70-year-old woman who has lifted most of her adult life, she has had to deal with an enormous amount of injuries. The wrists on my right hand are pretty weak, and I assumed I would never lift any heavy weight. However, I found these wraps to be effective. My pain is gone, and I now have the energy to do an adequate workout. I wish they'd come up with a wrap for rotator cuffs, though.

My main issues with them are the size and weight. This is 1. Here is what the packaging looks like. A strong glue/chemical smell emanated from them due to the plastic bag in which they were packaged. The smell was so strong that it made me dizzy even when I tried to exhale. The smell seemed to go away after I hung them outside for two days. The second paragraph. Despite the fact that they don't appear so, I noticed these straps are a bit tight. It took about half an hour for my fingers to go numb. Those problems haven't occurred with any of my other pairs I've bought at various stores. Also, they don't have a label for "L" or "R," so you kind of have to rely on your instincts. I don't see it as a big Although they look nice, they will do the job.

After breaking my wrist snowboarding several years ago, I find these wraps to be exactly what I need to power through my workouts with my weak wrist. They provide the support that I need to heal my wrist after fracturing it. I also love the pink wrist bands they're the perfect accessory for me.
