As far as my thumbs go, I tape them. I tape it tight because it can bunch up. My results last the entire workout, and from time to time I have to repeat. I like the tape and I find it to be quite good.

Been doing crossfit for a little over a year and just implemented barbells about 6 months ago and getting used to them now. At first, the hook grip was uncomfortable, but now it's not so bad. My favorite features about this tape over regular athletic tape are that it has the right amount of stretch, is easy to apply and stays put even when I sweat! Remove the adhesive after the workout and no residue will remain. I definitely would buy this product.
I am ordering this tape for the second time. Whatever it is, I am not sure if they have changed the way the tape is made. I have had problems with this tape slipping off my thumbs while I am In fact, the tire was totally removed during the first few lifts, then I had to replace it I had to remove the wrap, then I had to remove it. As a result, I intend on sending it back and going with something else.
In comparison with lifts This tape is intended for rx use only As far as quality and adhesion are concerned, they are the same. I use my thumbs less with this roll, however, since it is wider. Some people may have difficulty in this area if their thumbs are small. This tape is inconvenient for anyone who buddies tapes fingers together or likes to tape specific finger joints because of its wider roll.
Used up a roll of tape already! The Snatch and the C&C The decision was approved by J. Not a thing to complain about. Tape won't restrict your blood flow even if you tighten it too much.
For your reference, here are a few details about me Both Strongman and Highland Games are my favorite sports, and I compete in both at the same time. I work out intensely, and I also perform Olympic style lifts as well as variations of these exercises. Those who train like this, especially with hook grips, know what they are doing to their thumbs and other parts of their hands. When it comes to quality and consistency, this tape is the bee's knees. The tape provides both grip and comfort when lifting heavy, and it stay on and adheres while under high pressure. I use it to train for Highland Games and compete in competition, as it stays on even under extreme This is an awesome product with an awesome design and awesome quality. I highly recommend it to everyone The course is suitable for beginning to advanced students. You and your crew did an excellent job on this, Torokhtiy!.
The tape might be a little thin than other lifting tapes [they are very little though], or maybe it is This product works great and for some reason tends to slip off my thumb less than other similar products. It will take more sweat [or longer] until it is defeated, but at least it will take longer. It is definitely a purchase I will make All I can suggest is that there should be more colors. We could also do some orange and some green, along with some red and white versions. To copy a WBCM template, click the copy button In order to match the tape color to my underwear, I use the colors of my shirt.
In the past, I always ended up with bruised or torn thumbs. I got a thicker padded version that is similar to this kind. My tape would fall off when I would do snatches or any other activities that were not required. I've used several brands of tape, and this one is the most consistent and durable. To prevent my thumbs from bruising, the padding on the deck stick well and provides the perfect amount of cushion.
The gloves are incredibly comfortable and do not leave any sticky residue behind. Getting the tape to stay on can be troublesome (which can happen with any premium brand weightlifting tape) so just tape over the base with regular athletic tape and you're good to go. My recommendation is to get this tape if you have the money.
