My rating of 5 stars is derived from the fact I use them for bodybuilding and the thumb loop does not seem to be a problem since it stretches when I move. While playing tennis, I would imagine blisters to be bothersome since the wrist is constantly moving while holding and swinging the racket. This could lead to friction leading to If you are going to make a pair, make sure the loops are cut carefully or just get a pair without loops, but read the pro and con before making one The con reviews the review

There is no denying that these wraps are game changers. These have been a part of my heavy lifts for the past four months, and I can't imagine what the world would be like without them. These wristbands are well made and the Velcro is super strong, which grips your wrists firmly. It is when you feel secure that you will feel stronger (and I was actually stronger during my pressing movement). There are a couple of facts I would like to point out from other reviews I have During your set, you may only use these Regardless of how tightly you attach them, you shouldn't continue in wearing them between sets or while you're walking around the gym. Fortunately the velcro is exceptionally strong, so when you're finished with the straps, roll them up again and adhere the velcro sides together, otherwise it will attach to other parts of the strap rolling around in your gym bag and will shred it when you pull it apart. Wraps like these are a great product that will be staples in my gym bag for a very long time.

Although they are labeled as having a medium stiffness, in my humble opinion, they are slightly more stiff than medium. This is a five-star review. Most wraps aren't as good as this one. The thumb wraps are a nice and useful feature. Flexibility is quite high with these, which is nice for tailoring rigidity, but perhaps a bit excessive. It takes a lot of pulling on the wraps to get it as rigid as I would like, and this hurts circulation, so I would sacrifice some flexibility for more innate support, so I wouldn't have to crank them down so much to get them rigid. In any case, they are better than the ones without There are a number of cloth types that flex. The 18" and 24" belong to me. I am 6'185 lbs and weigh 185. It is my preference most of the time to use the 24" bar for Crossfit and especially Oly lifts.
Be careful while using it. These have been helping my wrists for the past couple months, so I bought them. It was yesterday that I felt better, however my right wrist had some pain and strain. At the same time, we lifters don't like to sit around and wait until we get better. In the end, I decided to give them a try and headed to My wrists barely hurt when I used these things, and I barely noticed any pain at all. The only downside is that you have to put it on really tightly, almost like there is almost no circulation at all for it to work. The product is great, I have bought 3 pairs. Pros I really like the wraps for lifting. They're less elastic and stiffer than the cheap color divided ones sold on Amazon. You can really tell the difference in quality. It provides excellent support, however it has a few drawbacks. One use of these made them utterly useless and already fraying. It is impossible to put into words how disappointed I am. Unlike many powerlifters, I am not a pushover. My weight is 165 pounds, and my total weight is 1200 pounds. Friends wrist wraps have only ever been useful to me a couple of times when they were very necessary.
