After using them for a while, I do not mind them anymore. *First of all, I didn't want the labels on these bands like I did for the other floss bands. The reality is that they're There is a difference between the rubber and the way it is stretched. This stretch doesn't feel right, but I find it difficult to describe. Unlike normal floss bands, this band does not stretch consistently. Besides the fact that it's a lint magnet, this is a huge con. One use of the bands and there is lint all over the bands from my clothes and rug. In spite of this, one of the ways they can be used is to floss muscles, but I simply don't enjoy the feeling of it. As a result, if I had the option to do it over, I would just spend a little more money and get better quality.

My arms find them a bit too long, but my knees find them to be excellent. I have no problem with them stretching and holding just the way I need them to. If they are any good, I might buy another pair so that I will always have them.

It seems like the red band is more resistant than the blue band. I've noticed a difference so far. The foam roller is good for hitting those difficult areas that the foam roller doesn't quite get to.

Whenever my knees have a problem with their work, I use this. X-rays should be wrapped just under the knee and finished above the knee. If I do a set of squats, anything that triggers pain disappears or is diminished to the point where I don't even notice the pain.
