The grip is amazing

tape works great for my CrossFit class that lasts about two hours. If you plan to go for longer, you might want to change the tape! For powerlifting as well as pull-ups, the tape works great I just ordered my second order of the tape and definitely recommend it if you are considering it.

This tape is far superior to generic tapes

This is much better than generic athletic tape, which I bought previously. My thumb is able to move freely while I grip it with hook grip due to the tape's flexibility. In addition, it is warm and comfortable as well as easy to tear, so you won't have to deal I highly recommend it.
