tape works great for my CrossFit class that lasts about two hours. If you plan to go for longer, you might want to change the tape! For powerlifting as well as pull-ups, the tape works great I just ordered my second order of the tape and definitely recommend it if you are considering it.
In a nutshell, My product arrived one day earlier than expected and I am very happy with it. My gymreaper friends look forward to seeing me in the gym.
