The mats themselves are actually quite good, especially for the price, but my issue is that the company advertises them as "non-toxic," but there is a Prop 65 warning on them. I e- I emailed the company for clarification on which chemicals in these products are covered by the Prop 65 warning, but received no response. It's similar to formamide, which is a common chemical used in the production of EVA foam mats and isn't particularly harmful in the amounts found in the product, but the fact that the company refuses to disclose this information makes me concerned about what else might be in them. br>br>I'd stay away until they release a little more information.

However, each order's pieces matched the rest of the order. The orders were out of sync with one another. We were unable to expand our current play area by adding a new batch due to the notches being slightly off. The second batch had a tile size that was 1/2" smaller per tile (23-1/2 x 23-1/2 x 23-1/2 x 23-1/2 5/8" x 23" Instead of the full 24", 1/2") was used instead.

Because this flooring material is a good insulator and hides flaws in the floor, my heating bill has decreased significantly. I no longer need slippers because my feet are so happy. My feet and entire body go "EEEEE YUCK" when I get to the spot on my floor where the mat is missing. br>br>1)This mat is simple to clean. 2) It doesn't have a odor. 3) None of my eight cats are interested in peeing on it. br>4) Extremely long-lasting. My cats use a small section of it as a scratching post, and it's holding up admirably there. It has been scratched for months and still appears to have years left to live; the scratched area blends in with the unscratched area and is barely visible. br>5) The quality of this mat is far superior to the low-cost alternatives available at any big-box retailer. After installation, the slightly bumpy texture almost looks like a finely woven Berber carpet. (almost)br>6) This type of flooring is extremely beneficial to all living creatures' joints and feet. br>7) It does not become slippery when wet. br>8) will aid in the reduction of echo and noise in the room. br>9) Most importantly, this mat is the least toxic of the typical floor coverings of this type, so I don't have to worry about my indoor air being contaminated. As a workout mat: br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> br>1)Heavy equipment can be placed on it without fear of crushing or deforming it because it is soft but firm. br>2)Once the edges are joined, they form a tight fit that is almost imperceptible. You won't have to be concerned about tripping. br>3) It won't grab and hold a bare foot in a firm position; instead, the foot will creep and slide across the surface, making some exercises impossible to perform on this mat. br>4) I find this mat to be too hard/thin for any movements that require full body weight on a bended knee, but that is just my personal preference; everyone is different. br>br>We sell mats on a regular basis. Those who don't believe their mats fit are simply not looking closely enough or turning the mat to the proper edge. It takes time and effort to put it together. br>br>As I use this matting as a wall-to-wall solution, I've noticed that it appears to be growing over time? It has grown longer in some places by about 2 inches since I first installed it, resulting in gaps and humps that no longer interconnect (usually at the end of a high traffic area or near a non-squared wall with a non-level floor). On a proper floor in a modern home, I am confident that this problem will not occur. These tiles have more than paid for themselves. br>br> They are fantastic!.

Pick one of these! First and foremost, I've tried expensive ABC's mats, which I immediately regretted after the kids began tearing the letters apart on the first day. as well as the tiles They were chewing on my alphabet, and it was far too tempting to just leave them alone. I tossed them in the trash and didn't look back. br>br>As a result, I reluctantly decided to give it a shot. I didn't notice much of a difference at first, but it's now a foregone conclusion. These mats were incredibly simple to "install," clean exceptionally well, and look fantastic. We chose to put the texture side up simply because it appealed to us. It can withstand my children, animals, and the daycare. I'll be repurchasing to expand it, but I wanted to try out the 12 tiles first before investing in a larger quantity. As you can see in one of my photos, I only used the edges at first, but my kids kept undoing them, so we just tossed them. In any case, I prefer the edgy, rough look.

Edges that interlock like a puzzle. When aligned edge to edge in precise, regular squares and rectangles, they fit together nicely. br>* The two sets we bought were the same color and fit together nicely. br>* Only time will tell, but for the time being, the product appears to be well-made and should withstand regular use. br>* It is simple to clean the surface. br>* The surface remains level and interconnected. a link We haven't had any problems with segments lifting or separating from one another. br>* By cutting sections of mat with a sharp knife or scissors, the system can fit into an irregular space. br>* The edge strips are available in two different, complementary shapes (left and right), which are combined to form a continuous straight edge and a good outside corner.
