I didn't think it was noisy, but it did cause some floor vibrations when I used it, which resulted in some light shelf shaking.
I got my information from YouTube.
Everything I've bought from SONGMICS has been of excellent quality. This mini trampoline is constructed far better than even more expensive trampolines. I don't believe it can be broken within the one-year warranty period as long as you don't exceed the weight limit too much.
There is no way to fold this SONGMICS trampoline. It is, however, detachable in order to save space.

For the past month, I've been jumping on the mini trampoline with bar every day. I'm 72 years old and have finally discovered an activity that I enjoy. I don't mind putting in 20 minutes a day. I bought a Pure with metal springs when I first got it. My legs were hurting from the Pure's lack of bounce. I thought I'd give bungee cords a shot. I looked for hours to find one that was in the same price range as Pure and had recent positive reviews. Finally, SONGMICS appeared. All of the SONGMICS products I've bought have been of excellent quality and value! (I'll start at SONGMICS. ) SONGMICS bungee cords have a lot of bounce and don't hurt! They provide you with two extra bungee cords, arm rings, and a bar. (Having a bar is required for safe enjoyment. ) ) A fantastic purchase!.
The assembly is simple. It was a fantastic exercise. To assemble the trampoline, have two people assist you. It was difficult for me to unfold it from the box on my own. Two people should be recommended. I had a great time during my first workout, and my legs are still burning.
When you jump on it (which is why you have it), it squeaks and the material part rises up on the sides, making it impossible to put down. I'm afraid I'm going to trip over it. It was a waste of money.
I almost always use the bar, and the pull restraints are a great feature for working out my arms. On my carpet, it's very sturdy. The cost isn't too high!.
I received this the other day. . . HERE IS AN OLD WOMAN. . . . I needed to get back into shape or start planning my funeral - I'm really enjoying it. Ideal for hips and knees that have seen better days. I use it to walk and jog on, twisting at the waist for half of the time. I was listening to a book on audible. This is ideal for us when combined with Silver Sneakers.
You can't fold it up because the legs don't bend!.
This rebounder is much more challenging than a mini trampoline; it got my heart rate up, and the next day I was sore in my core, glutes, and legs. Every day for 30 minutes, I do a variety of jump moves. To put it together, you'll need two people. After trying mine, my friends and parents decided to purchase one as well.
Well, after a few months, the legs keep coming loose. My husband has tightened them numerous times, but the legs keep coming loose, making it unlevel. When my 7-year-old grandson was jumping on it, the bungees BROKE RIP LOOSE. I FEEL LIKE I GAVE TOO MUCH FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. DO NOT BUY IT.
