Thank you for your inquiry, Mr. Customer.br> The beauty of rebounding is that it is a weight-bearing exercise, so it will keep your bones strong and maintain bone density, but it is also a low-impact exercise (when using a high-quality rebounder like the fit bounce pro), so it will not harm soft tissue. This allows you to work at a higher intensity for longer periods of time than you could with other exercises or activities. br>With best wishes, Maximus Life Customer Service
I never got a whiff of anything that smelled like rubber. This bouncer is one of my favorites. Completely silent, well-made, and free of any rubber or manufacturing odors.

This rebounder is one of my favorite pieces of equipment. Before I came across this one, I did a lot of research. After reading the reviews, I decided that this was the best one to purchase. It did not let me down! One of my biggest concerns is always how difficult it is to put together a product, but this was incredibly simple. It is easier with two people, according to the instructions, but I had no problems. The majority of the bungee cords were already attached, so all I had to do was connect the rest by following the pattern! I immediately started jumping after putting everything together. It was a very smooth jump with a very low noise level. I had previously bought one with springs from Target. It was merely satisfactory. It didn't give me a lot of bounce, in my opinion. Then, all of a sudden, a spring appeared. That was a big no-no for me. As a serious rebounder, I made the decision to invest in high-quality equipment. What you pay for is exactly what you get. This is a purchase that is well worth it. If you're on the fence about rebounding, trust me when I say that it's the best exercise you can do for your body. Since April, I've been on the mend. So, roughly three months. I'm 57 years old and I'm excited to bounce. My joints are no longer in pain, and people are commenting on how toned my legs are. I, too, am a runner, but it did not tone my legs as much as you might expect. Surprisingly, I always ensure that I bounce for at least 10 minutes before going for a run. Let's just say it gets all of the fluids moving around my joints, and when I run, nothing hurts. There are no aches and pains in your hips, knees, or ankles! I have osteopenia as well, and I'm hoping that this will help to strengthen my bones. When I get my next bone density test, I'll know for sure, but I've noticed that my stamina has improved. As a flight attendant who travels internationally, I've noticed how time changes affect a person's body. After a long trip home from Europe, I've noticed that I'm not as tired and that I'm recovering much faster. I wish I had discovered this method of exercise sooner, but it's better late than never. This rebounder has not disappointed me, and while it may appear to be costly to some, consider the cost of health care for a serious illness. Jump your way to a healthier body while having fun!.
Of course, NASA conducted their research in the 1980s, so I'm not sure why I haven't heard about it yet, but I immediately went to Amazon to look for ones without Springs because I live with roommates and don't want to create too much noise. There was very little assembly required; a few of the bungee cords had come loose during shipping, but I simply replaced them. It's really just a matter of unfolding it and putting it in place. Since I got it, I've done it every morning. I go to the gym as well, but on days when I don't feel like going, I know I'm getting some exercise. Because I work from home and have a sedentary job, I just jump on it for a few minutes during the day. I adore it, and there are a plethora of free YouTube videos showing how to work out with it (it's not just jumping!). There are so many different exercises that target every muscle in the body. This comes with a DVD, but I don't have one, so I'm not sure what's on it. I'm sure there's some good stuff on it, but I'm not sure. But this is a fantastic way to get a great home workout in, and it's taken the place of my cardio. It's fun, and it feels easy until the next day, when you're a little sore! It's amazing how well it burns!.
I did a lot of research on rebounders because I wanted to make sure I got a good one. I couldn't justify spending $700 on it, though. br>br>The Life Fit Bounce PRO has exceeded my expectations. It's convenient that it's already put together. My husband and I opened it (two people are required) and he had to re-enter his information. I like that the legs fold in and that it folds in half and comes with a carrying case; I also like that it folds in half and comes with a carrying case. br>br>The cost is significantly lower than that of the top-tier competitors. the- I was looking at this line, and it appears to be of excellent quality. The bungees are sturdy and provide just the right amount of bounce. I used to have one with metal springs, and I'm impressed with how quiet this one with bungees is. br>br>I am pleased with it so far and intend to use it on a daily basis. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> br>Every day rebounding was something I was looking forward to. I'm in a lot of pain in my back after two days of rebounding (just the basic health bounce). My back hurts while I'm bouncing and for hours afterwards; I used to walk 5 miles a day without issue, but I think the rebounder is putting too much pressure on my vertebrae. I'm afraid I'll have to send it back. br>br>I still think this is a good rebounder, but it doesn't fit my needs.
I decided to splurge after seeing this on Amazon for a lightning deal or some other deal for less. Spring replacement was required on my previous rebounder. It's gotten to be a risky situation. That one had been in my possession for about five years. Anyway, let's return to the present moment - This is a fantastic rebounder. I only did two minutes the first day because my legs were numb. Woah! I felt fantastic after watching a 30-minute video. Folding the legs and sliding them under your bed is a breeze. I was very pleased with the condition in which it arrived. It was simple to put together. Just make sure you don't forget to remove the bungirs. The lymphatic system and overall health benefit greatly from rebounding. Note - Wearing shoes is not a good idea. The best way to activate pressure points is to wear socks.
