Multiple sclerosis is a disease that affects my entire body. Since 2014, my physical therapist has had me use a rebounder as a substitute for a balance board and step climber. br>Because it is 3 feet in diameter, this smaller trampoline is ideal for me. Lower by 5 inches and 9 inches. My previous one was 8 inches shorter in length. It's a lot easier for me to get on and off of, and it's a lot easier to move around on, and it takes up a lot less space on the floor. br>The elastic bungee style bands are my absolute favorite! Rebounders with metal springs are awful! This is exactly what I'm looking for!.

The jumping area is just right in terms of firmness (not too firm, not too slack). It is assisting my husband and me in meeting our fitness goals, as we are both 65 years old. This is an excellent way to massage the lymphatic system. It appears that using it in conjunction with the balance bar aids us in regaining our sense of balance, which can be a problem for the elderly. It comes highly recommended from me!.
