I had it outside on my patio for a while, but the cover got roughed up after 6 months (I suspect from a dog we were watching), so I had to take it down. I asked for a new cover, and the customer service was excellent. They sent me a replacement at no cost, and they even checked in to make sure I got it. I have no regrets; it's a fantastic product with excellent customer service; I highly recommend it!.

I put it together in a couple of hours. I am 62. My mother, who is 86 years old, assisted me in opening the trampoline surface. Stretching the cover over the "springs" was difficult, but it was well worth the effort, as Mom demonstrated. I'm overjoyed that my grandchildren will be able to enjoy it for a long time.

This trampoline's product manual is a joke, and they need to straighten it out. Safety instructions are located in the front of the manual, and safety warnings are located in the back. They are completely incompatible with each other. It states that good traction is crucial, so you can go barefoot but should wear non-slip footwear. soles that are anti-slip However, it also states that socks should be worn at all times and that shoes should never be worn. It specifies that this should only be used by people over the age of 15, and that children should not be allowed to use it. However, it states that if an adult with trampoline experience is present, it is acceptable. Assembly was simple enough, but their contradictory warnings and usage guides make it difficult to determine what is best.

Like: It's very sturdy and can support my weight of 206 pounds. It's also a hit with my children. I can bounce without hitting the ground, which was a fear I had with my current size. br>Dislike: it's a little tricky to put together. Make sure you follow the instructions for attaching the trampoline to the metal ring carefully.

My seven- year- There were no complaints from the old. br>br>The only thing I didn't like was that the top part of the handle is a little loose, but the kids haven't complained and like to hang from it from time to time. br>br>Overall, I like that it doesn't have springs and that my husband and I can use it for exercise without worrying that it will fall apart, and that both of our kids have jumped on it together without issue.
