  The harder the workout becomes as you jump higher. This is fantastic to have during a year when we're stuck at home with fewer activities and summers are becoming unbearably hot; I'm a big guy and feel safe jumping high on it. The handle is excellent because it allows me to jump high while keeping my balance and ensuring that I do not fall off when my legs tire. br>br>However, putting it together requires a significant amount of strength and two people. Its elastics are strong and tight, which is one of the reasons it can withstand large people. They provide you with a metal hook to assist you. Use it! I put my foot on the bottom side of the trampoline and pulled the bottom elastic as the trampoline was set upright. The first few are simple, but as you add more elastics, it becomes more difficult to pull it high enough with just one hook and your entire body strength. My husband looped it by pushing both sides of the elastic around the ball while I held the elastic stretched enough to pull over the ball (part of the elastics provided and meant to keep it in place). The deed was completed in three rounds, with breaks in between. I still have no regrets and enjoy working out on it. br>br> It's a lot more enjoyable than running on a treadmill, and it's probably more intense as well. It's also much easier on the joints. As someone who isn't particularly thin (around 220 pounds), running isn't really an option for me. This is a much better alternative to jumping high, which is too hard on the feet, knees, and sciatic nerves. You can see in the video how it withstands my weight even when I'm jumping high.

This trampoline is a genuine piece of equipment. I had previously purchased one and had to return it due to its inability to be put together. It was a lot simpler this time. I'm 300 pounds, and it's a solid piece of equipment. I'm already sweating after only ten minutes. It's only been 2 days, but I'm hoping it will last a long time.

Warning! I received this product, and putting it together was extremely difficult. It is, in fact, painful. I finished installing all of the bungee cords, but one leg is defective and will not screw in. There is no customer service phone number that I can find. I'm only looking for a replacement leg. I don't want to go through the process of putting everything together again. I don't think there's any way to fix this without going through the entire ordeal again.

All of the metal parts on the Newan are thicker and more stable than those on my old one, and the bungees are much thicker and stronger. The mat is also less bouncy and tighter. I couldn't control my bouncing speed on my previous one because it was so bouncy. Because I sunk so deep into the mat and the bungees stretched too far, I was almost always behind the videos I was using. That was not an issue for me because I am well under the 330-pound weight limit. I couldn't believe the difference when I first started using the Newan. I not only get a better workout, but I also feel less frustrated because I can keep up with the instructor. Several reviews stated that the legs were missing or that the legs would not screw in correctly. BEFORE I began putting it together, I counted the legs (all eight were present) and attempted to screw them in. EVERYTHING was perfectly in place. It was at this point that I realized I was missing the handlebars. I received the new handlebars after a few emails with the company, so I was pleased with the customer service. br>I had no trouble hooking on the bungees (which was another complaint). I watched the video a few times before figuring out how to use the hook in a way that worked for me. It became easier as more people became addicted because they assisted me in stretching the mat. br>I highly recommend this product; I purchased a second one for my daughter, who enjoys it as well. We bounced together and had so much fun doing it as a "class" while she and it were still at my house that I'm thinking about getting another one to have at home for visitors.

After my previous trampoline, which was made of springs and rated for 300 pounds, failed after 11 months, I decided to buy the Newman trampoline. This one is rated for 330 pounds, and after a month, it's still holding up to my 260-pound weight. br>br> I use it three times a week on average for 90-minute in-place runs, and it's quiet, sturdy, and long-lasting. While my knees and hip joints recover from last year's overuse on hard pavement, I use it to prepare for my marathon. br>br>It's extremely difficult to put together, and after 90 minutes, my hands were cramped and fatigued. However, the Amazon instructions were extremely detailed and simple to follow. If you want to gradually get back into your grove, I highly recommend using the hand tool to fasten the bungee chords. br>br>I highly recommend this trampoline as an alternative to treadmill or outdoor running.
