Questions & Answers
Dear, this is not the case; because installing the elastic rope is more difficult, we recommend that men install the trampoline first; if a woman can do it, it will be even better.
It doesn't squeak, but it depends on how you jump and how well the floor is constructed; I've lived in a lot of apartments, and there were definitely places where I could hear it and others where I couldn't. It doesn't hurt to try and wait until you get a complaint, which I doubt you will unless you jump at inopportune hours.
That's something I'd ask a trainer or a doctor about. Just be careful when you first get off the bike after a long session because your legs might give way.
They simply slid into place on the bottom, some between anchor cords and others in the gaps. I've never had a problem with them, but I always make sure to tighten them before I exercise to prevent them from becoming loose and potentially bending off. I love it and use it on a daily basis. I hope this information is useful.

Although the bungee cords are a little stiff, this is to be expected. A second bungee cord is included in the package by Newan. When the trampoline is in use, it is almost silent. Two of the six legs didn't screw in easily because the threads weren't aligned properly, so it took some effort to put it together. It's a soft metal. So, with a little oil and a lot of force, I was able to get the last two legs on. Everything is fine because there are no plans to disassemble it. br>br> The soft metal buckles over time, which is a concern. It may or may not bend in the future. In the five days that it's been here, I've only used it three times. br>br> I like bouncing on this trampoline because, according to NASA and another study, bouncing is a better form of exercise than running. It is more enjoyable for me and certainly more practical than running in bad weather or on icy roads in the winter. I'm hoping it lasts a long time and that when this one wears out, companies will continue to make them with bungee cords. I'll be back for more. br>br> However, I have a complaint about the images used to promote this product: the images of people jumping on the trampoline are fake. That is deceptive marketing. The people on this trampoline are not jumping, and their size is much smaller than it should be. As a result, the trampoline appears to be much larger than the people on it. Don't believe everything you see on the internet. To get an idea of the actual size of this, take out a ruler and measure how wide the advertised size is on your floor. The photos make it appear to be four or five feet wide, but the true diameter is 30 inches measured from the outside edge of the colored fabric ring (the maximum practical jumping area). The inner side of the metal frame measures 75 inches, while the outer side measures just under 40 inches. This is plenty of space for someone who simply wants to bounce up and down or move their legs forward and backwards or slightly outward to the sides. If you want to do exuberant jumping, swinging, and dancing moves, this isn't the place for you. br>br>This is a simple and quiet exercise. While I'm bouncing, I watch movies or listen to music. Because the bungees don't make a lot of noise, I can exercise whenever I want and not bother anyone else in the house. I also don't have to turn up the speakers very loudly. As of right now, I recommend this product because it is well worth the money.
After two previous attempts (and abandoning assembly), I finally got it put together on the third attempt. The order in which the bungees should be installed was not specified in the box. It wasn't until I came back here and screenshotted the video sequence that I was finally able to put it together. It will be uneven if you don't follow the steps exactly, and you won't be able to put the cords on. br>br>Excellent value; will update after some use; 4 stars due to difficult assembly. br>br>**TIP: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innovative First, add cords to all six legs, then four cords in between each leg, and so on. I would strongly advise wearing gloves to avoid tearing your fingers (I cut one of mine before looking for gloves). I was able to put it together on my own, but it would be much easier if two people worked together. br>br>I haven't done a workout yet, but it is definitely quiet, with no spring sounds other than your feet hitting the trampoline. br>br>Seller/Manufacturer: Improve the instructions for assembly. I was about to return it because there were no instructions for installing the bungees in the proper order, which made it frustrating and impossible to put together. Fill in the blanks with what's on the video!.
I'm surprised anyone got past the assembly of this product; I was so frustrated (and injured) trying to wrangle the cords that I threw it out. They provide you with a SHARP and potentially lethal tool. It will hurt you if you aren't strong enough to pull the bungees down (which I am not, and I am strong), and it will cramp your hand, as well as scratch the metal of the trampoline. Each time I was able to get a bungee on (and I could only get about 6 or so on before it became impossible), it scratched up the trampoline frame, making it look used and beat up. I've never been so irritated in my entire life.
This is a high-quality trampoline. It has the appearance and feel of those that cost more than $300. I'm really enjoying the workouts and how adaptable it is. I live on the second floor of an apartment building, so I put my plants and trinkets/vases near a corner or door to keep them from shaking when I jump. There is no noise, but there is a slight impact that will cause feedback in the surrounding area. Nothing in the apartment shakes once it is placed near the front door and a solid wall. It's self-evident that it shouldn't be used in the middle of a room on any floor above the first. The seller had posted a video of the assembly, and it was exactly like that. However, because I couldn't stretch the bungees far enough, I had to enlist the help of my adult son. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase. Oh, and my bedroom closet is large enough for this to be slid in sideways when we have guests or just want to open up the space.
