Questions & Answers
Dear Customerbr>Thank you for your question. The springs on the rebounder can become unhooked during transit because it is folded. If you contact us through your Amazon account, we can send you the complete reattachment instructions. It is crucial - This should be done with the Rebounder in the half-folded position, with no tension on the springs. When the Rebounder is fully open, this is not a good idea. A second person will be required to hold the Rebounder in the half-folded position while the springs are being attached. br>Best wishes from the Maximus Life and Rebound Fitness teams.

For the past few years, we've been using a different rebounder from Maximus. Our daughter, who suffers from ADHD, has found it to be extremely beneficial. We were able to wean her off her medications because she was doing so well. We decided to get this rebounder for our neighbors as an early Christmas gift after they complained about their kids exhibiting similar ADHD symptoms. (They're awesome neighbors. ) It is a huge hit with them! It's an excellent way for them to expend excess energy, particularly during the winter. They'd normally be bouncing off the walls, driving their parents (and us, shh) insane. They're happier now that they're bouncing around on the rebounder. br>I'd also recommend Maximus and their customer service, which has always been extremely responsive and accommodating.
When I used it for the first time, four of the springs came unattached. It's impossible to reconnect whether it's open or closed. We'll see how things go with a new replacement. So I got my second one today, went to put it together, and the hinges are severely damaged. What a shitstorm of nonsense! The photos were taken during the second shipment. This company seems’t to give a f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f.
My rating is based on the fact that it did not work for ME specifically. I bought this rebounder because I'm a big guy. My ankles and hips, on the other hand, began to hurt after three weeks of use. I tried again after we got back from vacation, thinking it might be because I was new to it and was using different muscles. They began to hurt once more. The insides of my ankles swelled as I pronated my feet. When I sat and stood, my hip flexors began to hurt. I wouldn't recommend this rebounder to anyone who weighs more than 225 pounds. who is just getting started on a fitness regimen. It's probably a good rebounder for someone who weighs between 200 and 180 pounds. I bought a new rebounder that suits me better and gave this one to a family member who is much lighter. I hope it proves to be beneficial to them.
To improve blood circulation, I purchased a trampoline on the advice of my doctor. Because of their worth, I put a halt to my decision. Other similar trampolines are much more expensive. This trampoline is quite strong, and it can easily withstand my 220 pounds. This trampoline was also a big hit with my kids, and they had a lot of fun with it. However, keep in mind that this is not a children's trampoline, and you should keep an eye on your children while they are using it. Also, the trampoline is easily folded, so if it is taking up too much space in your room when you are not using it, you can fold it and store it in the pantry. Special gloves and a CD for special classes are included in the kit; I don't think I'll use them, but they might be a nice addition to this lovely trampoline for others.
This is one of my favorites because it's well-made and simple to set up. I was concerned because I weighed just over 200 pounds, but that is one of the reasons I purchased it: to aid me in my workouts. The craftsmanship is excellent, and I am not afraid to use it. This is fantastic! I'm just getting around to using the video right now, but I'm sure it'll be fantastic.
Last night, I tried out the HIIT Pro Rebounder that I had just received in the mail. The item is appealing, and it appears to be well-made and durable. made. It took some time to assemble, and there were two washers and a thin metal rod curled at the end that I had no idea what to do with because they weren't mentioned in the instructions. However, not using them did not appear to have any effect on the rebounder. I've only used the rebounder in its flat position. The inclined position appears to be quite advanced to me, and I'm not sure I'm ready to try it just yet. It was enjoyable to use while also being challenging, and I appreciated the inclusion of weighted gloves and two workout DVDs. Because I'm a runner, I bought it primarily for running in place, and it'll come in handy during inclement weather. I don't think it's as good as running for a workout, but it's a good alternative when you don't have time to run. cardio work with a high impact- When you need to get out of the house or the weather is bad, you should go outside. Right now, I'm looking for - The main reason for the purchase was because of a minor running injury. I like that there are a variety of DVD workouts to choose from to keep things interesting. My only gripe at the moment is that as I used it more, the springs began to make a slight noise. Perhaps WD-40 should be applied once in a while. 40 Is it better to use lubricant or oil? In general, I'm happy with my purchase. All I can say is that I hope it stands the test of time!.
Right now, I'm up to an hour, and I'm doing both the cardio and sandbag workouts! It's awesommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm The springs are a little noisy, but they're well worth it. My girlfriend knows how much I enjoy it, so she just puts earplugs in while I work out!.
I was unsure how difficult this workout would be at first. I had the impression that these mini trampolines were only for the physically challenged or rehab patients. I decided to keep working out at home after becoming disillusioned with the return of my local YMCA's group exercise classes, so I ordered this rebounder after reading a lot of reviews. This was the one I chose because I was looking for a more challenging workout. It was essential to have the option of incline, and this was one of the few that did. I also appreciated the inclusion of a HIIT DVD. I inserted the CD into my MAC and labored for an hour. A 56-minute cardio, agility, and strength workout was included on the enclosed CD, and it was both enjoyable and challenging! The only issue we had was putting it together. I enlisted the assistance of my husband, and the instructions were not very clear. One of the springs popped out of the nylon loop when we opened it on the floor, as the booklet stated, and it was extremely difficult to get it back in!! I haven't attempted to fold it in order to store it because I don't want this to happen again. This rebounder is not just for beginners, and I would highly recommend it if you're a serious physical endurance athlete. To keep the body/mind coordination on point, it's always a good idea to train from various angles in various planes at various speeds. It's well worth the money, and it arrived ahead of schedule!.
