It was incredibly simple to assemble this trampoline. We had looked over the instructions previously. Putting this trampoline together took about 10 minutes in total. When you have to fold it out flat, it takes two people, and be careful with the side hinges because they can pinch your skin. The pins that go into the holes to keep it together appear to be small, but they are very strong. The fabric that wraps around the springs to protect them has holes in it so you can see which side is underneath and which is on top. The legs are screwed in after the fabric has been applied. I've only had this trampoline for about a month, but it still looks brand new. I use the resistance bands on occasion, but they do provide a significant amount of resistance. I demonstrate bouncing on it in the video, and it continues to bounce for a short time after you stop. It's a lot of fun, but you really sweat when you're working out. I just take off the legs and put it in my closet or under my bed to store it. Because I have pets, it's possible that this will collect pet hair. I simply wipe the area clean with a damp rag or duster. Although the fabric can be washed, I chose to do so on the delicate cycle and hang dry it.
First and foremost, I despise running and most other forms of cardio, but this is now by far my favorite! I rebound for 20 minutes every morning, and it's also beneficial to the lymphatic system. So I put this together myself, and for a petite woman, I am quite strong. Getting the cover to fit over the frame was the most difficult part. I also put the cover on inside out because I didn't like the pattern or design and preferred a more monochromatic look. I've been using it on a daily basis and was on the verge of returning it in exchange for a much more expensive mini trampoline because, as crazy as it may sound, I was skeptical that it would hold up for the price I paid; I believe we get what we pay for. So far, it's surpassed my expectations! It's worth noting that it has springs, as opposed to some of the other mini trampolines, which are much more bouncy. This one is a little more firm, which I like. I've been watching Jakub Novotny's YouTube jumping fitness workouts, and they're amazing!! Choreography and music are fantastic (and simple and enjoyable). Since I purchased it, the price has risen as well. The mini trampoline to buy is this one! There's no reason to spend hundreds of dollars on something you're not sure you'll enjoy, especially if it's a new form of fitness (which I do)!.
Lord Franklin's 3rd birthday was the inspiration for this rebounder. It is greatly favored by the Lord. Three times a day, he does 15 minutes of rebounding. His digestion has improved and he has lost two pounds. The rebounder is made of high-quality materials and is simple to assemble. Can accommodate a large number of cats! I would strongly suggest it.
Unlike my expensive treadmill in my cold basement, I keep it right in front of the TV and use it every day! I'm 61 years old, and I find this rebounder to be a low-impact, high-intensity workout. On YouTube, there are a lot of great workouts.
I'm someone who needs to up their cardio game, so I decided to give rebounding a shot because it doesn't require running (which I despise) and can be done in the comfort of my own home, rain or shine. It's also supposed to help with lymphatic drainage and increase bone density, so if bouncing around on a trampoline for a few minutes each day can help prevent illness and osteoporosis, then sign me up! So far, the rebounder has held up and is performing as expected. It took me about 5 minutes to get everything set up (the majority of that time was spent wrestling with the camo sleeve - I was worried that as a 5'4", 115-pound girl, I would have trouble setting it up on my own, so I watched my video for tips on how to avoid making the same mistakes I did), which was great because I was worried I would have trouble setting it up on my own. I have no complaints about the bounce, but I believe it would have more spring if I weighed a few pounds more. When it came to working out, I quickly noticed that my leg muscles were becoming sore - I'm relieved to sense that it's working! The trampoline's only drawback is that it was made of plastic. When I first opened it, it had a pleasant odor (think neoprene if you're a scuba diver). If you don't like it, I recommend leaving it open for a day in a well-ventilated room. Fortunately, the odor has faded to the point where it no longer bothers me.
I am a 58-year-old woman looking for a low-impact exercise that I would enjoy. I used to have a rebounder, so I thought I'd give this a shot. I'm so happy I did. I enjoy the workout and find it to be gentle on my aging body. It has a lot of sturdiness to it. I did need my husband's assistance with one of the steps, but I was able to complete the rest on my own.
STILL NO RESPONSE TO THE FOURTH POST! (br>br>THIS IS THE THIRD POST. AFTER MANY EMAILS AND REVIEWS, NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME. I'm afraid I'll have to forfeit the funds. Several springs have broken in the picture, if you look closely. My son is nine years old and weighs 68 pounds. He is autistic and enjoys jumping on the trampoline every day. Unfortunately, I'll have to replace this one because it's become a safety hazard. We had a trampoline before that lasted several years, but this one only lasted eight months. br>Recent changes: The trampoline should not be used! To add, this is my second review on a replacement I received. br>br>To add, this is my second review on a replacement I received. br>br> The trampoline has been ruined yet again. My autistic nine-year-old son Not a grown-up, and certainly not a gym-goer. It's not good enough.
It's simple to assemble, use, and store out of the way (I haven't disassembled it yet). I removed the stretchy bands and occasionally use them elsewhere in my house. I'm a 51-year-old woman who stands 5'9" tall and weighs 175 pounds, and I never feel like it can't handle me. On it, I've even done some jumping jacks. It's light and easy to move around in, but it stays put when I bounce. I enjoy simply running on it as well. It's not uncommon for the kitty to lay on it while I bounce. Fun!.
