It's the perfect thickness and fits well enough that I don't have to worry about my tailbone getting hurt. The cushion is excellent, and it is not at all slick. If you don't feel like putting it inside the travel bag, it also comes with a yoga carrying/storage bag and an adjustable wrapped around tie. For me, it's the ideal size. It's a huge plus that you get a complimentary yoga towel. br>br>It's also reversible; I tried the opposite side and it has the same foot grip. I haven't tried it with shoes on yet, but I am confident that it will not slip. br>br>After using the parallettes bar, it left no marks on the mat. br>br>In their description, Sensu is straightforward. And that's what I like, so read it and other reviews and see if it's what you're looking for. I strongly advise you to do so. You will not be sorry. br>br>It says it comes with a four-inch yoga flr grip for carpet, floor, marble, and other surfaces, but I didn't receive one, and it's not a big deal. And I'm not sure I'll ever need or use it. As evidenced by the fact that It didn't slip when I put it on top of carpet (as seen in the videos), and I also tried it on my wood floor and it stayed put. To be honest, it's ideal for what I'm looking for. The mat is thick and dense enough to drop weights on, but not so cushioned that you can't push off from it. The size is generous, it lays almost flat when unrolled, and it is heavy enough to stay put but light enough to pick up. For weights and calisthenics, I use it outside on a concrete pad, barefoot. It's double-sided, with different textures on each side, and comes with velcro straps and a large carrying bag so you won't have to worry about rolling it up perfectly for storage. It also comes with a complimentary workout towel, which is quite useful: large and plush enough to be used in the summer. as a sweat mat on which to lay down.

Since the pandemic, I've been doing all of my exercises on my Yoga mat at home. Yoga, Pilates, HITT workouts, cardio, and weight training are just a few of the options. This was not the best way to put a yoga mat to use. I was looking for a larger mat online and came across the Sensu exercise mat, which I immediately ordered! This mat contains all of the features I was looking for. I love working out on it because of its thickness, durability, and size. It is suitable for use with or without shoes. Cleaning it is also a breeze. I'm so glad I came across your product on Amazon, and I'm thrilled to finally have the right mat for HIIT, cardio, and Barre classes. I no longer experience knee pain after HIIT or low-impact whole-body workouts, and it still looks brand new after over a month of use with my shoes on. This mat works well for my yoga routines as well. a yoga mat that is a little bit bigger than a regular yoga mat For my home gym, it's a wise investment.

For a while, I struggled with standard "yoga" mats before deciding to invest in something more substantial. This appeared to be the one after some searching and research, so I placed an order on Amazon. When it arrived, I was both surprised and delighted. This mat is thick and heavy, and it comes with a pair of straps for wrapping it and a sturdy carrying/storage bag with a handle for transporting it. If you're thinking about buying this, keep in mind that it's not particularly light. It is, however, heavy due to its thickness, which is what makes it a better mat. br>I tried it out as soon as I got it. This thickness is visible on tile (or wood). It's extremely comfortable on a rug or carpet. It rolls up nicely, and once wrapped and strapped, it fits neatly into its carry bag. br>This was an excellent purchase!.

Plyometrics, strength training, yoga, pilates, and kickboxing are all performed on this mat on top of a hard floor. It adheres to the surface and absorbs shock effectively. When I do side planks/hip-raises, the only time I wish it was softer is when I'm doing them. I use a folded towel under my elbow for raises, and I also use a towel for back bows because I need some extra cushioning under my pelvis. It's fine for any other yoga, stretches, core work, and so on. My dog gets on it from time to time, and I can easily sweep away the dog hair or dirt he leaves behind. I've been using it several times per week for over a month and it's still in excellent condition and appears to be brand new. It's soft enough for floor work but firm enough for balance work, which I like. I was worried it wouldn't be large enough, but it's just right.

The size of the mat is perfect for me. I like that I can do planks and side plank variations with leg movement without worrying about whether both my hands and feet will stay on the mat or slide off because my yoga mat is cushioned but not wide enough for HIIT exercises or anything that requires you to expand your body wide. I was also relieved to avoid using the hard floor, which I had been doing previously because my yoga mat was slipping around. I don't have to worry about the blue underside slipping out from under me because it grips the floor so well. It's a good thickness that doesn't feel too mushy underfoot. I initially thought the price was a bit high for a mat, but it turned out to be well worth it. I'm thinking about ordering a bigger one for my other room. What a fantastic purchase!.
