I like to use him for med ball cleans and wall balls. It's well-balanced and constructed of extremely durable materials. I've been using it for about two months and haven't had any issues with it during my CrossFit workouts.

I ordered a variety of weights of these. The 30 pound ball is perfect; however, the 15 pound ball arrived today with the core not in the center, but up against the outer skin on one side, causing the ball to be lopsided. If you roll it on the ground or pick it up to use it. I started a return and ordered a new 15lb ball in the hopes that it was just one bad one. The 20lb ball arrives on Tuesday, so let's hope for the best. br>br>anyway, the putter skin has a pebbled texture that gives you good grip traction, and the material feels durable and won't tear if you run on harder surfaces. Aside from that, it's a ball and 30 pounds. br>br>Let's see how the other balls turn out when they arrive; if the 30lb ball hadn't been perfect, I would have returned the 15lb and looked for a different brand.

Much larger circumference than I anticipated, but the fabric is, in my opinion, superior to the rubber material. We've used it with Pilates-style worth outs, and it's a lot of fun to incorporate into a variety of workouts. It came with a very rank odor, which we let air out on the porch for about 2 weeks before using it inside.

I've wanted a wall ball for a while because we use them frequently in a class I take at the gym, and I wanted to be able to replicate the workout at home. I tried a few different balls, but they were all lopsided and/or difficult to hold on to. This one has a nice weight to it and the material isn't too slick. It costs less than half as much as the ones at the gym and does the same job. I haven't had it long, but the kids occasionally play with it, and it appears to be in good condition.

The following are the two things I recommend to the business: re- Work on the circular shape of the ball because it isn't round, which makes it less balanced when doing exercises. For people with varying levels of fitness, different diameter sizes of 9 10, 11, and 12 inches were created. Aside from that, it's a solidly constructed four-star product.

Sure, they're less expensive, but the one I got isn't balanced, so it flies off somewhere else when I do floor slams. It appears that its weight is not evenly distributed, as it will roll to the side of where the mass is located even if you set it down. I was a bit let down.

I bought two of these, a 20 pounder and a 30 pounder, and the 20 pounder gets five stars because the packaging was perfect and it came with a wall sticker. The 30 pounder, on the other hand, almost fell out of the box on my front porch with no sticker attached. I wanted two stickers for when I go to the gym with my wife, and I would give it five stars if I had received everything I paid for!.
