Questions & Answers
These balls aren't bouncy at all - "They're not supposed to," says the narrator. They're mostly sand-filled and designed to stay put once slammed down.
Not sure.
It's been about a year since I got mine. They've taken thousands of slams on a variety of surfaces and still look great. It should be fine to roll it in the grass.

This slam ball is fantastic! Negative reviews were almost certainly written by people who were looking for a MEDICINE BALL rather than a SLAM BALL, as well as competitors attempting to mislead customers.
This is fantastic! Because I don't use it as a slam ball, I can't comment on how long it lasts. I use it as a medicine ball because I like how squeamish it is and how easy it is to hold in my hands or between my knees. Playing catch with a medicine ball is also a good idea. It's great for core exercises where you don't have to slam it into the ground. These are the ones I use at the gym, so I wanted one for my spare time at home. Love it. Especially if you use it like I do, it's well worth the money.
Everything went according to plan. Is an excellent slam ball. It is something that my son utilizes on a regular basis. Make sure you know the difference between a medicine ball and a slam ball. We'll get a lot of use out of it, and it appears to be in good shape. It was a great deal and arrived exactly when we needed it.
I can see why it was so inexpensive. This is a slam ball of poor quality. This is a terrible idea. Make sure you don't throw your money away. A plastic blob, for example, does not slam like a regular blob.
The fact that it's filled with sand adds some variety to the resistance when doing ab work, which I like. I haven't tried it outside yet, but it seems to hold up well to being slammed on my workout mats. It can't be the price; I'm satisfied.
I'm not sure why there are so many 5-star reviews. This ball has only been used about ten times. I do slam it on the floor (it's a slam ball, so I assume I use it correctly). The sand moves around in there, and it's not as sturdy as other products I've used, but it's one of the less expensive options available, so I guess that's a tradeoff.
I'm interested in seeing how long this ball will last. I have other slam balls, but none of them contain the moving sand. So I'm not a fan of that aspect, but I did get them for half the price of my nicer ones. On the outside, the quality appears to be good, and this ball will be used a lot, so I'm hoping it will last.
This item was sent back to me. It had been a nightmare. I despise how the ball moves around like a bean bag inside it. It's also extremely heavy, and her shifting inside makes it feel very unsteady and uncomfortable. It's not the same as the other ball I have, so I'll have to order another one from somewhere else.
