I found exactly what I needed. The only thing I'm hoping for is a faster shipping method that doesn't require three boxes: / I understand that shipping it is difficult, but I despise having so much waste.
It has a non-slip feel to it. I went with the 14-pounder. It arrived ahead of schedule. I haven't had the opportunity to put it to use yet. I should have read more reviews to realize that this is much larger than a basketball, so I'm hoping I'll be able to grin and use it how I want. It appealed to me because of the extras it included. It feels well made, but I won't be able to slam it until the spring thaw allows me to do so outside. I'm excited to give it a try.
This is an excellent slam ball. I've used it several times outside during my workouts, and I really like the ab mat and bands that came with it. I can easily pack the mat and bands with me when I travel to bring a workout with me wherever I go! The only criticism I have is that I wish the ball could be purchased separately. I don't want to have to buy a new set of bands and a new mat just to get a different size ball.
Ball and mat are both excellent. This isn't a slam dunk. Wall ball sit-ups and tosses, push-ups with one hand on wall ball to both hands, twists side to side, balancing on yoga ball, and tossing wall ball are some of my favorite routines. Work on your core. Have fun.
This year I was a 100% digital teacher and I wanted to ensure that I didn't end up sitting all day. During each break, I did exercises with the weighted ball. Tossing the ball in the air gave me a fantastic arm workout. Hand-eye coordination was also improved as a result of this.
The ab mat has held up well, and the medicine ball's construction appears to be holding up well, but the ball itself is oddly shaped. When doing wall balls or woodchoppers, this causes problems because the ball bounces in unpredictable directions. For the price, it's a good set, but the ball could be shaped more evenly.
This is a very high-quality wall ball! I was debating between this and some less expensive options, and I'm glad I went with the more expensive option—heavy duty seams and a sturdy construction. I've been slamming this against the wall for a while now, and it's held up admirably. The extras are also a nice touch, and they're of good quality.
It's an excellent Ball. I've used the wall ball several times and have never had any problems with it; it's well made. br>I've only used the resistance bands once, and the medium blue one has already ripped.
