Selected User Reviews For TRX Training Medicine Ball, Built to Last, 12-Lbs
I enjoy TRX products, but when slammed on gym floor mats, these balls leak sand and voice. This is a ball that I would not recommend. I'd go with the TRX balls because they are more durable. I'm not going to buy another of this type.
A well-made medicine ball that can handle almost any task you throw at it. The 10" size is ideal for a variety of exercises, including any med or wall ball routine; note that it isn't perfectly round and will slightly change shape as you slam or toss it, which works your grip and forearms. It adds micro-instability and a slight weight shift, which I prefer. For example, depending on the shape of the ball at the time, the ball will come off at slight angles during wall throws. It appeals to me more than a perfectly round ball that always falls in a straight line.

Please read the descriptions carefully because the images can be deceiving. The ball in the picture with the woman appears to be 18 or 20 inches in diameter, but it is only 10 inches in diameter. I needed the larger ball for the exercises I was doing with my clients. I'm sure it's a good product because it's TRX, but it's not the one I was looking for.
