This was an excellent buy. Throwing against the wall drills are recommended by a pitching coach.
For fast pitch softball, this is a great way to strengthen your wrists. It is used on a daily basis by my daughter.
It's a hit with my son.
I give it a five-star rating. This ball is durable and excellent for the intended purpose. They're fantastic.
Excellent results. I like the 7 oz ball because it is slightly heavier than a baseball.
The advantage of a weighted ball is that you won't have to chase it around the field/yard/etc. This is something I've used for team practice as well, and the kids seem to enjoy it.
This is excellent for arm development.
