Questions & Answers

Is it okay if I use it to make Russian twists?

It's a well-balanced and secure ball. It can be used for almost anything that a traditional medicine ball can be used for.

Is it possible to slam this ball without it flattening or warping?

It is dependent on the amount of air you put in it. It flattens out and doesn't bounce as much as it does when there is less air. The more air it has, the better it keeps its shape and bounces. A simple ball pump can be used to change the air level.

What is the location of the manufacturing of the ball?

Denver, Colorado is the location of the manufacturer. Rage Fitness sells a wide range of fitness equipment. fitness equipment that actually works

Does the filling in the slam ball "move"?

Yes. Although you can hear it moving, I believe it is simply to keep the ball level or balanced as you exercise.

With only a few uses, this slam ball has become completely misshapen! I have a number of Rage slam balls and am completely satisfied with them
3/5

Unfortunately, this 25-pound slam ball, which has only been used a few times, is completely misshapen and rock hard! I'm so dissatisfied with myself!.

Allows air to escape
3/5

Rage Fitness slam balls are available at my gym. While some may prefer to slam a completely flattened ball, I prefer mine to have a little air in it. However, the one I bought for the kids, a 10 ball, quickly loses air. br>br>I have two other slam balls from Titan Fitness, a 20 and a 30, and they are better at not losing air. The durability has yet to be determined since I received them three months ago. I bought the Rage Fitness slam ball on the same day as the Titan Fitness slam ball, and it cost $5 less. But I'm going to return it.

Purchases should be avoided

The quality is terrible. Throwing sand on the ground is a better option. After one "slam," the ball looks like it's ready to play. That's been sat on, I'm afraid. It couldn't be saved.

It won't stay in place

We're ordering this slam ball for the second time. For about 20 days after purchase, the first one held its shape and had a slight bounce to it. It began to sag and become difficult to use over time. Before the return window closed, I packed it up and sent it back. I asked for a substitute (mistake!). This time it went on for more than 30 days, well past the return period. It was a waste of time and money. We're now stuck with a piece of rubber that isn't in the right shape. Hubs said he'd try to inflate it, but when we slam it, it appears to be covered in black sand-like "stuff. " If inflating does not work, you can try another method. I can assure you that I will not be ordering this item again. By the way, this exact slam ball is also available in a 15 version. There aren't any issues; After over 6 months of use, it is still in excellent condition.

The most effective product available
5/5

They are absolutely durable and stand up to a lot of punishment during a workout, especially for the slam exercise, in the cold weather outside, and they are also the smallest in size as you scale up to the heavier ones of 40 pounds and up, in my opinion. The ball's overall diameter only increases by about 1 inch per ten pounds, which is significant when compared to other brands, which can increase by five or six inches per ten pounds. This forty-pound rage fitness slam ball is a fraction of the size of another brand I recently purchased and returned. This is a brand I would strongly suggest and continue to use.

Slam balls that are the worst- The first time you used it, you popped or poured the sand
3/5

In our workouts, these lasted less than a week; the cheap plastic pins fell out of four the first time they were used, spilling sand all over the gym floor. Purchase these at your own risk.

For the money, this is a fantastic ball! This was purchased to replace my boyfriend's previous ball of this size and weight
5/5

He had a gentler one that he used on his customers. Eventually, it died in the middle of a session. I bought him this one as a surprise so that it would be more durable and he could continue to use it for his clients. When it arrived, he made me put it to the test. It's held up well, and his clients are kicking themselves for replacing it. The plan backfired, and I've been forced to use it when I do my workouts with him, but it's a great ball at a great price, and I highly recommend it!.

The quality is poor

My husband has only used it a few times and it has already broken. He's a gym rat who knows how to use this piece of equipment.
