Although it doesn't appear to be available right now, I believe prosourceFit makes a 20-pound medicine ball.

I have a 20-pound med ball that I use for 50 dumbbell presses. My height is 5'11'' and my weight is 165 pounds. I hope this has been of assistance.
Not much. This is not the ball for you if you want it to bounce.

I bought this to train my endurance by doing wall balls at home. I'm going to die! Anyway, I've heard both positive and negative feedback, so I decided to give it a shot. br>br>The weight seemed a little off right out of the box, but it was perfectly round and looked great. The smell of a brand new med ball is intoxicating. I shifted the weight around in my hands and flipped it up and down a few times, thinking everything was fine. br>br>The next day, I used it for wall balls as part of my workout. It was extremely awkward, and it even missed my hands a couple of times (which I never do). Because the weight was off balance on the occasions when I did catch it, it forced me to learn forward. Before I gave up, I had made it through 14 of them. I've made the decision not to allow them to try to exchange it. I just placed an order with Rogue. I've never seen one of those go out of balance. It's a case of getting what you pay for.
But, as much as I despise leaving bad reviews, br>When the pandemic first broke out, I bought this because going to the gym was out of the question. And, like so many good intentions, the medicine was quickly forgotten and stuffed into a closet where it remained unused. When I recently cleaned out that closet, I discovered that the medicine was emitting a foul chemical odor. This stench had been absorbed by every item in the closet. The closet isn't particularly hot; it rarely exceeds 75 degrees. So I tossed the 20-pound stink ball out tonight. To get some fresh air, I've opened the windows. 👎.
Although this med ball appears to be sturdy, all of the weight is concentrated on one side, making wall balls difficult. Because the weight is distributed evenly on one side, the ball spins out of control; I'm keeping it because I've used it, and I'm hoping it will become more pliable over time, but it's not great right now. Ball slams are also difficult because the ball will roll away if it does not hit where the weight is evenly distributed. I would pay more for better quality if I could do it all over again.
(TWSS). It's nice, and it gets the job done. However, because the weight is so far off center, certain movements are difficult. br>br>Yeah, get stronger and you'll be able to control it better, but it still has a weird center of gravity that causes it to flop around. br>br>And I'd really appreciate it if things like this had SOME grip instead of slipping through my fingers and crashing down on my face, laces first, in the middle of a workout. br>br>I didn't want a rubber medicine ball for the same reason, but it's possible I purchased the incorrect item. Still, what makes it so slick?.
Update: This ball appealed to me, and I was in desperate need of a replacement. I ordered another one because it was the right size and weight for me, and it was lighter than my other 20lb. In blue, I got the 14 lb. I adore the color scheme; it adds a lot of fun to your workouts! br>br>Purchased the 6 pound ball for my adolescent daughter, primarily for exercises that require her to put her weight on it, such as: Plank knee tucks and hamstring curls It's also used for Russian twists, air wall ball, and other exercises, according to her. I also use it occasionally when I'm doing high reps and need to lose weight. br>br>Overall, a good ball for the price and primarily for her to use. On this one, I have no complaints.
This ball was given to me when Covid first began. It was only used four times for wall balls until last week. It's awful, and the weight distribution is so unbalanced that catching and throwing back up is nearly impossible. This is a wall ball that I would not recommend! br>br>I've included photos to show how uneven this ball is. I'm not sure if it's a bad one, but I've read other reviews that say the same thing. I'm thinking about contacting the company to see if it's possible to exchange or return it.
This is a fantastic way to get in some exercise. The ball itself is of good quality. Also, the color is very nice. I'm going to place another order.
It performs identically to any other wall ball I've used in a gym, no better or worse. It's nothing more than a basic wall ball. My current gym had three wall balls, all of which "broke" months ago, and since they didn't replace them, I purchased this one and lug it around with me to the gym. When it's finished, it'll be incorporated into our home gym. It isn't rocket science; it is simply a fun way to exercise. I don't see the point in spending $100 on something that will be smashed against a wall.
