For my shoulder surgery recovery at home, this 1000 gram weight ball has proven to be extremely beneficial. As used at the Rehabilitation Center where I was a patient (I purchased my own for home use) - I use it to roll around like a window washer on the wall, strengthening my bicep, which was moved during the operation. It's also useful when combined with a ball return system to catch the ball - Coordination is currently being worked on. It needs to be a spring-loaded, heavy-duty return system. Because of the weight, they are not suitable for baseballs or softballs. br>They come in a variety of weights, but this is a good place to start. Thank you for your interest.
When I was in therapy for leg pain while walking, I first tried one of these. I've discovered that if I use the ball every morning, I can walk without using a cane since receiving my own unit. I gave my red ball to my daughter to try, and she was blown away by how well it worked for her. That was why I placed an order for the second ball. My daughter received it as a gift, and she keeps hers at work. She works as a school secretary and spends a significant amount of time at her desk each day. She's told others about it and how beneficial it is to her. Others are welcome to use her red ball at work, but they are not permitted to take it out of her office. My red ball is one of my favorites, and I use it every day.
It's a one-kilogram rubber ball filled with water. Duh! I would never have bought it if it hadn't been for the six weeks of shoulder exercises and stretches I needed it for.

Finding a 2kg ball took longer than getting one. I looked in all of the major sporting goods stores in town, but no one had this weight, which I needed for my rehab. It's exactly like what Amazon says it is. It's of excellent quality, soft and bouncy to the extent that a four-pound ball can bounce. I'd tell a friend or anyone else about it.
It was suggested by my therapist, so I brought it. It was a lot of money for a small ball, but it was well worth it for me to do my therapy at home.
I'm grateful for having my own medicine ball. I couldn't care less about the price because this ball has given my shoulders new life!.
