What do you mean by "DVD + Guide Only?"? Do you get just the first DVD or are you getting all 4 Zumba DVDs?

It is not adequate to just buy the guide to get the stepper you must buy the complete set

In this pack there is a lot to enjoy. As a result, I was somewhat There was a chance I wouldn't get what I wanted. Although I have never done Zumba or any kind of dance workout, I thought it might be a fun way to work out. My fitness regimen has been a little rusty for a while now, so I am starting it up again. In the end, I had no choice except to browse through the lists of workout DVDs on Amazon and pick one, hoping it would be good enough. This is actually a very nice design. The videos were just received today, and I sat down to watch them. In the workout program, there are a variety of exercises, some involving steps and others without. Those who take part in the live dance workout and ab workout are a large group. It was so much fun to do a little bit of the ab workout. It is exciting for me to begin this project. The videos showed that the instructors used a round step when teaching these courses, so I ordered a rectangular step for use with this. I'm not sure if there is a difference in size between round and rectangular steps, but I thought I'd mention it for those looking As soon as I receive the step I ordered, I will give it a try. (If you're using a step, it doesn't always have to be for all the exercises. I remember at least one exercise that used a step, but I can't recall if there were others. Some exercises in the DVD pack do not require any steps. As far as the workout goes, I think they look pretty challenging, but I'm not complaining. While I won't be able to do them all right away, I didn't want to get something that was so easy I would get bored with it after This is probably going to be something I start out with just a few minutes a day and then increase. But I am really thrilled that this purchased turned out to be so worth it.

Zumba rocks! I love it

Describe your love of Zumba in a few words. To lose weight, it is the only program I am able to stick with. It's the best DVD set I have ever seen. In addition, I bought it for the 30 minute burn since it is so fun and great for transitioning back into exercising after a long break. Whenever I'm a little more in shape, though, I love the super cardio dance party the most. I'm having so much.

The first step was a little harder than the rest of the workouts

The cueing could be better. The 30-minute workout I enjoyed the most out of the four DVDs. I've watched all four DVDs so far and I've done two of the four workouts. A fun, easy, and great workout that can be done any time. The step workout is not my favorite. At times, it goes super slowly, and at other times, it goes way too fast. The only way Beto does really well is when he is teaching a dance, not a Overall, for the price, only ten dollars, these workouts are a real.

Teachers who are great at what they do

It was great to have all the instructors as I'll update my review in a month or two after I've tried it again. They took time to explain the steps slowly so you could understand them. I don't know how it will work for weight loss since I just started, but I'll give it another shot.

My favorite part of the book was the ending! Still have three more DVDs to try, but this one was a great start. I had a great time with it! It is wonderful to be guided and inspired by them. There is no problem if you already know a few Zumba moves

Not all beginners will benefit from this. Several of the videos require the Zumba Step in order to play. Nevertheless, there is one video that I watch every day and it has become a staple.
