The following nbsp It is used to track workouts for three different clients. I take it to the gym and it is handled quite roughly there. Although the product has held up well over the past three months, the ears have begun to appear dog eared. In addition to the drawings of the musculoskeletal system, there are exercises suggestions for people who want to know more about which part of the body each exercise works. The journals I recommended to my clients have already been purchased by two, and they are very happy with them. The ability to control one's own life gives them a sense of control It is effective. In my opinion, it's useful because it's not too frilly but straight to the point, and it's easy to carry. This way, instead of taking out my phone to record everything, I am able to let my clients know what I am doing instead of looking like I am Using this charting tool, exercises, dates, names, cardio, warm ups, cool downs, reps, and sets can all be logged, organized, and charted easily.

This is the best gym journal and it is better than any other You're going to like this book! Among the pros I think the cardio section could use some further assistance

If there is one slight adjustment I think the book could use, it would be to add a little bit more detail. There is a small cardio section on each page that is not able to log details such as time intervals, running cadence, or other information.

My ultimate goal is not to buy a book where I can log my food intake, I just need to plan my workout in advance, and then be able to review the weights and reps I have done in the past. Despite few options, I need it to be big enough to write in but not giant, and I don't want to spend a lot of money. Everything about this journal works as it should. One star was taken off due to two things 1) the cover looks bad and 2) a misspelling is Although I'm not the grammar police, someone ought to at the very least proofread their work before it goes to press.

It has been about 6 weeks since I last had this. My favorite part of this journal is the pictures. A big ring in the back of the clock can be used to easily hold a pen, so I can easily track my workouts. A surprising amount of durability allows the bag to easily survive being taken into and out of a gym bag. In spite of the fact that I don't really use it that much, the compact section on "which muscles are worked with which exercises" in the back is quite As soon as I run out of space, I will have to repurchase.

Considering tracking your fitness progress with this product is a great idea! This bag is very convenient because it has an easy to carry size, a simple layout and all the extras added so you can customize it based on size of the rows for daily tracking does not appear to be very large, which is a minor drawback for me

The only thing I use is about eight-tenths of my time It takes me a while to see the smaller rows when I put on and take off my reading glasses. The only thing I wish they did is offer a large print version for those of us with failing eyesight and a less intense workout. Although I would definitely buy it again when it gets full, it would be a great journal for anyone who wants to track their progress.
