My ultimate goal is not to buy a book where I can log my food intake, I just need to plan my workout in advance, and then be able to review the weights and reps I have done in the past. A big ring in the back of the clock can be used to easily hold a pen, so I can easily track my workouts. In spite of the fact that I don't really use it that much, the compact section on "which muscles are worked with which exercises" in the back is quite As soon as I run out of space, I will have to repurchase.
