I've been terrified of going to the gym because I don't want to injure myself due to poor form, a bad workout, or a bad set of exercises during a session. I've tried for years to get into exercising, but either I overdo it or I overthink everything and end up psyching myself out of it. This book has it all. br>br> It has pre-planned exercises and objectives, as well as instructions on what to do and how to do it (sort of). I had to look up some of the moves on YouTube to make sure I knew what they were and how to do them correctly, which is why I only gave it four stars. The book claims that the exercises are available on their website, but the links are nothing more than the book's pictures. Otherwise, everything is fine; my workouts have never lasted more than an hour. I can complete them while keeping an eye on the kids. It's simple and straightforward, but it requires a significant amount of effort. I've only had the book for about a month, but I've already noticed and felt a difference. br>br>It's also fantastic for someone with ADHD. It is less expensive than a monthly subscription app or a personal trainer. The workouts for each session are pre-programmed in it. It tells you how many reps, sets, and other options you have if something is too difficult for you. I also have no qualms about skipping something or looking up something similar.
It's well-made. It appears to save me a lot of time during my workouts, which is great because I wanted to take a break from weights for a while before returning to them. Some equipment, such as the pull-up bar, is still in use. I'm also planning to purchase the weight-training book. I needed a change of pace in my workouts, and I had a minor shipping issue, which the company's Chief Happiness Officer (Real title) quickly resolved. This book, on the other hand, cannot be beaten.
This diary is simple to read and understand. The workouts last about 45 minutes and are simple to adapt to. To maintain a healthy heart rate, combine a variety of exercises. your thoughts were occupied I would strongly suggest it.
There is no description of the workouts so you can figure out if you're doing them correctly.
In my opinion, this is an excellent book. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that when I spend more than $20 on something, I expect it to be in good condition. The pages of my book were not glued to the binding when it arrived.
This work out book appeals to me because it is well-organized on the inside, allowing you to easily fill in information. There are some nice prompts to assist you in your journaling, and it's a great product.
