My favorite part of the book is the illustrations. They are clear and fully illustrated so you know exactly how to anchor the band and how to do the exercise. Because there are so many exercises you can do with resistance bands, I was surprised not to have all of them illustrated when I bought the book. Because green is a neutral tone, it can be easily incorporated into any design. There are a few reasons I have it pinned to my home office/gym wall. It doesn't scream out, is easy on the eyes and doesn't overwhelm the space. This workout has clear visual labels that break down the different body parts, so it's easy just to follow along and not have to overthink it. My gym needs a greater range of resistance band exercises, so I hope they make more specifically for Advanced Resistance Band Workout.

This chart was not going to be damaged during transport. It came in a cardboard tube that was as solid as a rock and could have taken a great deal of abuse without causing damage to the chart. I am stuck on why a company would package a paper product (think large calendar here) in what appears to be freezer paper. If they had put it in something that was not liable to bend, you'd think they would have made it rigid. I have ordered another one from the same company, but this one is for Body Weight workouts. It should be delivered in the same professional container and should not be damaged. In addition to the paper itself being first-rate, the colors and illustrations are also of highest quality. The paper and packaging of this product are of high quality. People have complained that the price is too high. I think that is reasonable considering the quality of the paper and It will be a very useful chart for a long time to come.

The poster was of high quality and arrived quickly. I am very pleased with the product. After I use it with my band, I roll it up and put it back in the tube so it stays safe. It comes in a heavy cardboard tube, and I roll it up after using it. This exercise chart is clearly illustrated and laminated for durability, and it comes with a band set.
I bought this and a band set on Amazon to ensure that my 75 year old arms and legs would not look like starving chickens! The book is worth buying!.

I like it a lot. Beautiful poster. I like it a lot. Strength training is new to me, so having this poster up allows me to pick what I can do and still be able to have variety, and the pictures also make it easy to understand how it all works. The thing that most concerns me with situations like these is that I am not confused by any of them. My recommendation is definitely to try it.

Fortunately, when it came to hanging these exercise posters on our wall, we had a small workout room with a blank wall! These products are of very high quality at a price that is more than fair. In addition to the fact that they hung flat (in tubes), they came in a very good package, and the variety of exercises on each made it easy to create various workouts.
