This journal is great for keeping track of goals, nutrition, and workouts. The two-week review pages are particularly appealing to me. I'm enrolled in a class, and I've been writing for the past few months. For homework, I've set up a two-week review. Reflecting and writing it down has proven to be a beneficial practice. br>br>Overall, this journal appeals to me. I prefer a larger number of lines to write the exercises on, as well as additional note pages in the back.
This is an excellent tool for keeping track of your progress and holding yourself accountable. I needed something to help me regain control over my eating habits, and the overpriced apps weren't cutting it. This is a high-quality notebook that has aided me in achieving my fitness objectives.
It's an excellent book for staying organized. It would be fantastic if there was a separate area where you could enter your weight or measurements. In the front and back, I drew one. Aside from that, it's perfect for what I need it to do.
The sets section could be rewritten, but it's still a useful tracker.
It reminds me of one I had a long time ago. I really liked that one and hadn't been able to find anything similar until now. This one is simple to use and has a large amount of space for writing. It is devoid of superfluous details.
There's also a page in the front where you can write down your three main goals and track them!.
A single page should be used to track a single day.
