It's perfect for the small! These are so comfortable, I love the color (I bought the red), and I'm sure they will hold up to any workout. I have an hourglass shape and the medium fit me well in the hips, but was a little loose on the waist. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It looks like I'll be back for more colors.

I wear them both running and lounging. Any kind of legging I wear is cool to me. This pair of leggings is top quality, very comfortable, fits perfectly, has perfectly sized pockets, and the high waist won't roll over. It is normal for me to wear a size 6 jeans since I am 5'5" and weigh 150 pounds. Having lost weight several times and had three csections, I have an abundance of skin that was embarrassing those times. Despite ordering a medium, I find these to be "just right".
