The height, weight and age of this young lady are 5'2" & 220 lbs It is comfortable for me to wear a size It's about all I can say at the moment. Not uncomfortable, but snug enough for me.

The shoes are extremely comfortable and do not roll down, which is fantastic. purchased a large (I'm 5'4" 180lbs) and it fits great, provides support, and is a great compression without making me feel like I'm wearing a sausage. How long they last before they start pilling at the thighs will be interesting to see. It has been a few weeks since these pants have pilled. We still don't expect them to pill. Those are the things I adore!.

It's not convenient to use a cell phone in a pocket

The sweat gets really bad on the phone in the pocket during a While exercising, the cell phone slips out as well. This is a perfect shirt for the fitness center, since it has a hidden pocket on the inside waistline to hold my ID and fitness center cards.
