I've been wearing Timex Ironman for over 15 years and find the plastic band to be very comfortable on the wrist
4/5

The watch band is expected to last for about a year. Be prepared to buy a new watch one year after the purchase date. The watch band is comfortable on the wrist and has a fair amount of durability. The watch band will not last for a long time. The watch has a long lifespan. long-term results The watch band should be more durable, as this is an excellent watch for athletes. Timex still has work to do on the watch band's durability, which is a concern for outdoor enthusiasts.

The band on the watch isn't very durable
3/5

I really like the watch, but I'm worried that the band will wear out quickly. It's extremely cozy, but it's also extremely. Soft and pliable, almost gummy in texture, if that makes any sense. The end of the band easily slips out of the notch that is supposed to keep it tucked in, so I have to tuck it back in all the time. It's fine for me to wear around casually, but I think I'll be annoyed with the band if I'm doing outside chores or working out and it keeps coming untucked. One star was taken away due to concerns about longevity, and another was taken away due to the annoyance of the watch band notch.

It's a great little watch with a comfortable band and sticky buttons
4/5

I wanted a basic stopwatch to run with during the off season to take a break from GPS tracking, and I paid a little more for this one because of the interval feature and the ability to save past workouts. The watch is easy to use (though it does take some time at first to get used to the online instruction manual if you haven't used a timex ironman before) and really comfortable to wear - It's ideal for someone with a small wrist; I had one with resin straps a long time ago, and the updated version with the silicone band is incredibly comfortable (and hopefully less likely to break). The band keeper at the end can make an appearance now and then, but it hasn't been a problem for me. The only issue I have is that the buttons on my model are a little sticky.

This is a fantastic timepiece
5/5

My last Ironman watch was the one depicted in the attached photo. I swam miles with it and sweat buckets on it, and it was a fantastic watch for the price. Unfortunately, it eventually died on me, and when I went to Amazon to look for an identical watch to replace it, there were only a few left, and they were all at astronomically high prices. This model appears to be discontinued by Timex. As a result, I bought the "Timex Mid-Season" in its place. I found a "Size Ironman Sleek 50 Silicone Strap Watch" here that was the closest match I could find. The band is a little more rubbery than hard plastic, and it's hot pink instead of berry, but it has all of the same functions as my previous watch (stop watch, interval timer, alarm, and background light), and it's been working well so far. This is an excellent watch for the money.

The item was not new when I received it
3/5

I'm a huge fan of this watch and have ordered three in the last eight weeks. This watch was the most expensive of the three, and unlike the other two, it wasn't brand new. So far, it's working, but I'm not convinced it's working because it's already been opened and the plastic thin cover that protects the crystal has been removed. br>I am extremely dissatisfied with the seller and can only hope that nothing goes wrong in the future. For me, these watches usually last several years. I'd really like to get a new one.

I couldn't find one that I liked
3/5

After three days, my Indiglo has stopped working! Very let down. I've owned a Timex watch for almost ten years and was looking for a replacement when mine broke. I used it to time my breastfeeding, set reminders throughout the day, and check the time when my baby started fussing in the middle of the night. So I was so disappointed when I tried to check the time late at night! It's not the watch, I believe. Because, as I previously stated, I've owned a Timex watch for over a decade! Whoever is selling these, I believe, is to blame.

Strap is too thin
3/5

For years, I've been ordering the Ironman from Women's Times - Although I like the watch, the strap is too narrow. I'm sure it'll break soon because it's so thin. I've had a problem with the little loop that keeps the excess band from flapping around breaking on several watches, making the watch impossible to wear because it becomes unhooked and either lost or falls off without it. I adore the three alarms. Because of the ease of setting, I'm hesitant to try a new brand, but I'll have to if the band continues to be poorly made.

It's a functional watch in a fashionable color that protrudes quite a bit above the wrist
3/5

I'm confident it's well-constructed. br>br>I despised the thickness of the timepiece. It sat higher on my wrist than any other watch I'd ever owned. br>br>It kept smacking into things because I underestimated the amount of space it required. br>br>It never felt natural or unobtrusive, so I bought a new watch after a few weeks of trying to get used to it.
