Yes. I believe it's a 7-volt battery. The battery lasts for eight years. It will last for years if you don't use the backlight very often (which I rarely do). I have a second G Shock that hasn't needed a battery in over six years. The "Tough Solar" G Shock watches do not require a battery. The GD350 is a high-capacity digital camera. The 1CR you're asking about will require a battery at some point in the future. This G Shock is a dream come true for me. It's the one I prefer.
I have never had a leak with this bag because it is extremely waterproof up to 660 feet.
If yours isn't too bright to look at in the dark, the battery is running low or it's broken.
Casio does not modify its watches because it is impossible for us to research variations of other models to see what might work. 'The factory is not in favor of such alternatives.' The original band is one that we would recommend.
Selected User Reviews For Casio GSHOCK Stainless Steel Quartz Watch with Resin Strap, Black, 21.4 (Model: GD350-1CR)
It's been with me through grease and grime, troubles and crime, and it's always been on time. br>br>There's something to be said about people who value their time, and it shows. A Watch is a symbol for the resource that we all have access to but no control over. The best we can hope for is to keep track of it and avoid squandering it. br>br>When considering all of the different G Shock models, this watch in particular is very minimalistic in its styling for the uninitiated. br>br>For the average person, it has a lot of features, and perhaps most importantly - it's free. durable. The meaning of G shocks is self-evident. If you're aware of the situation, you're aware of the situation. If you haven't already, give one a try; you might be pleasantly surprised. br>br>I work in the food service industry, and after hours of working in close proximity to and often in front of piping hot grease-filled equipment; The watch develops a nice grease patina over time. It's very simple to clean; I simply wash it like any other dirty dish, and it's ready to use the next day. Previously, I had been using a Casio Duro. In my line of work, I've found that having a digital watch gives me the ability to tell time in fractions of a second faster. At work, I'm keeping track of customers' orders as they come in, especially those where the customer will be picking up their food at a specific time. br>br>If time is important to you, you'll get a G shock sooner or later.
Many YouTube reviews have described it this way. I like the vibration feature because it is loud enough to wake me up as an alarm. I'm a sleeper who falls somewhere in the middle of the scale. Vibration can also be used as an hourly signal. If I'm not engrossed in my work, I usually notice it, but if I'm working with my arms and completely focused on my work, I may miss it. It's not a big deal for me because I always check my watch to see what time it is. It has a beefy and cool appearance in my opinion. Since I was a kid, I've desired a Gshock. Now that I'm 46, I've finally gotten one. It's very relaxing. Oh, and I adore the feature that allows you to rise to light up. It seems to have perfect sensitivity, and it works without a lot of false light-ups, which waste battery power. I'm using a lot more than I expected. If you're thinking about buying it, I'd advise you to do so. For the past three weeks, I've been using it.
It's one of the few watches on the market that has a vibration alarm in addition to the sound alarm. It's sturdy, and I expect it to last a long time; I'm interested to see how the band holds up over time. The time is easy to read, but the other information displayed is small and difficult to distinguish. It may also randomly switch to a different time zone or turn off DST. The preset alarms will occasionally stop working as well.
What a dreadful battery! I've only had this watch for a couple of weeks and already have a low battery warning! I'm not sure how many times I've used the backlight. This is completely absurd!.
Get it! I've been looking for a non-sparking GD350 for quite some time now. For a long time in Singapore, there has been a negative display model. They don't sell it new anymore, and the online 2nd hand market price is ridiculous, so I looked for it on an overseas website and found it in Amazon's warehouse returns. Because they don't ship to Singapore for this model, I'll have to use a third-party shipper to get it here. br>I've finally made it to my G-family. After 2 weeks from the time of order, SHOCKS. br>As good as new, with the exception of a few sticker marks that can easily be removed and a thin pressure line on one of the straps caused by the watch being strapped on the watch stand for too long; these are minor flaws. This model has a 5-year battery life when using CR2032 batteries, which are inexpensive and easy to replace. For people in my age group of 55, a super bright LED backlight and a large digital display are essential. I couldn't ask for anything more than world time, a stopwatch, and a timer as standard. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish Digital G-Sensor. SHOCK with the above-mentioned features.
The picture quality is excellent. The screen is clear but has a slight green tint to it. br>As with any other G Shock, the build quality is exceptional. Unfortunately, I came to despise it. br>br> It was extremely uncomfortable to wear on my 7 because of the "wings" under the straps. 5 inch wrist. br>br>Packaging was also lacking, consisting of standard Casio packaging typically found in a big box store's open jewelry department for lower end models.
I purchased the watch as a gift for my husband, who already owned two Timex vibrating watches. We couldn't figure out how to use the Casio, so we returned it and bought a new Timex vibrating watch for less than half the price, which my husband quickly set up along with the vibrating alarms he needed.
For the past month and a half, I've been wearing this watch. It continues to reset itself. This has now occurred three times. A line runs through the screen at night, making it difficult to read the date. I guess I'm stuck with a faulty watch now that the return period has passed.
