Yes, it's a good fit for my ten-year-old. He's small for his age, so he's about the size of a 9-year-old.

He likes that it isn't too large, and that he can set timers for watering, but his favorite feature is the band, which doesn't get sweaty like the rubber/plastic bands. The color was fantastic! 😉.
