This ladies' S-Series G-Squad watch from Casio G-Shock, the tough timekeepers, is the ideal fitness-oriented everyday connected timepiece.

This 45-minute analog-digital watch is designed for the stylish and fashionable athlete. The case is 2mm thick and has rose gold-tone accents, as well as a white resin strap.

This shock-resistant watch connects to the G-Shock Connected phone app via Bluetooth(R) to give you access to a variety of training features, such as a 3-axis accelerometer that tracks step counts, customizable interval timers (5 timers that repeat up to 20 times), and memory for up to 200 lap records.

Step count logs and the ability to calculate calories burned, set a daily step target, and create timer combinations and send them to your watch are just a few of the G-Shock Connected features.

After downloading the GShock app, the watch was quickly paired. It has Bluetooth and a step counter, which I really like. It's a little bulky at first, but after a couple of days, you'll get used to it. I haven't taken mine off in nearly two months. No problems getting in and out of the pool or the lake; white backlight for nighttime use; hands glow a little but are difficult to read if you don't have good vision. In general, I'm very happy.

This is a great diving and everyday watch

I did, in fact, purchase this G- I tried both the shock and the Baby G to see which one I liked best, and I chose this one simply because of the companion app. It makes setting the watch and using the various functions a breeze. Although the Baby G has a smaller profile, it fits well and does not appear to be too bulky. I have a tiny wrist, and the band fits perfectly with one hole left over! I used this watch while scuba diving and it performed admirably. The pedometer feature is one of my favorites.
