As a result of my smaller size head, my bands have to be tighter, especially when I exercise. I don't find these bands to be large, but they do slip off my head or hair easily once they are on. Their attractive design is matched with a tight grip that could use some improvement. During my runs and workouts, I'll use them to hold my flyaway hair in place, but as soon as I start moving, the bands slip off, and I have to replace them on my hair as they come If you can afford the extra money, go with the Goody brand as they are tighter and won't slip until they are worn.
