Where is the T instead of the I when the I is represented by the cross?

Where is the dot to indicate the I have given it to a lot of people since I don't know 100%, but it is an amazing bracelet they enjoyed very much.

Can you tell me how wide the wristband is?

Please see the attached picture for a measurement of how wide the wristband is.

Would it be possible for me to put my own words on the bands?

I am not a software expert, but what you should be able to customize should be able to do.
